This hotel is always good. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to use the swimming pool, which is excellent. I always enjoy the breakfast and though it is difficult choosing between a Japanese or a Chinese breakfast, I end up having a mix of both. Breakfast is from 6–10 but avoid the rush hour between 7:30-8:30 as there are sometimes queues. My only criticism is the disappointing coffee.

本人25年農曆新年假期在上海花園花園住了14天 期間幾乎每晚都去洒店位於頂樓的空中洒廊或三樓的夜來香消遣 過程中已經感覺服務生态度很一般 對洒類的熟知成度也很有限 但在最後第三天時無意之中發現服務生居然徒手取冰塊放入杯中給我們使用 所以就直接問他們是否這幾天都是這樣招呼客人 服務生承認洒吧無任何工具取冰 連一次性手套也沒有（因為我們開了二支威士忌存在洒吧方便飲用 所以每天都有用到很多冰塊））也就是說這十幾天我們在享用美酒的同時也＂享受＂到了多雙不知之前做過什麼的手的＂加料＂！ 真的是細思極恐！！！
當晚我們已告知值班經理 第二早上再次自行聯絡日班經理再轉酒店負責飲食部朱姓副總經理 那是離不上海的倒數第三天 我先生要求洒店作出真誠道歉和賠償 但直至到落筆之時朱姓經理和洒店方無任何回覆 更無道謙或賠償之說了
花園洒店做為一間五星級酒店 無論衛生 服務 管理如此不堪 令人費解和氣憤 長期以來洒吧可以無工具徒手服務客人 那餐廳呢？客房呢？員工素質差 管理層更不知所謂！這完全是人為因素令洒店蒙羞！不知日方管理層或錦江集團是否也需負責任？
寫下這次的評價本人還將繼續在別的媒體揭露此等人的惡劣行為和態度 以此提醒各位大家自求多福！

We are a family of four with two children. We booked a connecting room, a king-size bed room and a standard room. Now many five-star hotels rarely have connecting rooms. Garden Hotel is the best choice. It is really suitable for families and they will not disturb each other when sleeping. The location is really great; and the breakfast is also delicious. Next time I will bring my mother and grandmother to stay here. Oh, one more thing, the service is good!
