Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich sehr schön – saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, tolle Lage Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Was allerdings nicht ganz nachvollziehbar ist: Die Kaution, die beim Check-in hinterlegt werden muss, ist genauso hoch wie der gesamte Aufenthalt – und wird erst nach 2 bis 4 Wochen zurückerstattet. Das ist aus unserer Sicht zu lange und nicht zeitgemäß. Eine schnellere Rückzahlung wäre hier definitiv angebracht.
Trotzdem: Ein schönes Hotel, das wir grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen können!

花園飯店最明顯的特質就是：一是它的卧具可以理解為上海整個奢華酒店的標桿。我全國的奢華酒店住過不少，當然也包括上海像和平飯店等等，卧具舒適度安逸度能給花園飯店相比較的還不多；二是它的地理位置絕佳，酒店周邊奢華購物廣場，淮海路繁華商街，地鐵四通八達，美食餐飲國際的國內的品牌都可以享受到；三是酒店本身特有的大花園獨具優勢，一般的酒店難以企及：四是周到的服務，因為日航旗下所以所有的服務更顯得周到温馨，更更存在於細節；五是早餐的品質，雖然早餐的豐富和花樣沒有其他國際連鎖酒店多，但是這裏的早餐我覺得菜品的質量和品質是讓人滿意的，服務也是很棒噠。

非常好，因為在我家旁邊，周圍都是熟悉的環境，吃的正字宗上海菜，服務超級到位，保留日本特色，頂樓酒吧一流，就是整個酒店有點舊了，但地段太好了，以致沒時間裝修

一間古色古香的酒店😍房間乾淨整潔
早餐的款式很少和味度很一般, 不吃也吧。住了兩天, 第二天已不想留在酒店中吃早餐。
訂購了**的外賣, 但酒店沒有送餐機械人, 需要自行到酒店門口外的櫃枱自取。
