雖然衹訂了一晚，但體會到酒店服務做的還是不錯的。房間床鋪也很整潔，孩子也睡的很香，以後還會考慮預訂這家酒店

要了朝花園的南向房間，因為在攜程訂的房間都朝北。來前打過電話，預訂部説朝花園要加100元，這個規定很不友好。雖多次入住，但酒店依然告知自己酒店會員級別不夠，所以要交費。每次入住都要扯這個事情。反正服務人員毫不關心這個規定以及這麼講話給顧客帶來什麼體驗。
花園酒店應該説是一家很好的酒店，它的客房管理依然是有素質的，狂甩什麼*朵酒店幾條街，五星級酒店的質量在這兒的。這一點必須高度肯定。再加上它無與倫比的地理位置優勢。
但工作人員就像老國企的人，在服務意識等等方面似乎沒有受過訓練，説話硬梆梆的，好像在和客人比誰比誰牛。
另外門僮都不幫忙拿行李，這一點不知道為何？是不是酒店規定了不需要這樣做？
説一個自己的經歷，有一次住國外的一家普通酒店，一大早要趕到附近的學校開會，但是早高峯打不到計程車，又下起了雨，門僮便説您別著急，我開自己的車送您過去，他很熱情地送我過去了，使我按時到達。這個經歷説明瞭什麼是服務精神。上海花園飯店要加強服務精神的教育和培訓。這一點要向上海興國賓館麗笙精選好好學習，人家每個服務人員都精氣神十足，非常敬業熱忱。就先從如何與顧客説話培訓起吧。否則你們服務人員的不良態度也成了上海花園飯店的一大特色呢。
依然評五分，是希望你們着實精進自己的酒店管理能力哈！雖然酒店目前是由日本大倉（Okura）酒店管理集團管理，但是畢竟在中國大上海的土地上，無論中國人外國人都是人，要一視同仁，何況服務人員以中國本土員工為主，善待自己的同胞是自己的責任啊。望酒店管理層重視員工服務的問題。也依然感謝酒店員工為我們顧客所做的一切有益的點點滴滴。
