First of all, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The robot never stopped when I stayed next to the elevator on the first night. The sound insulation was very poor and the food delivery robot was very noisy. I changed to a room on the second night and it turned out that the disco next to it was very noisy. 房間尚可，就是燒水壺存在安全隱患，燒了一壺水，蓋子不嚴實拿起來就全撒了，全都倒手上，想給前台打電話，電話還是壞的，上攜程找得手機號也是打不通電話的，又去高德地圖上找，打一個又是空號，都不知道在搞什麼鬼，我的手要沖冷水，實在沒辦法自己下來，就在酒店，找個前台花了十分鐘，還好有燙傷膏，手才沒有傷的那麼嚴重！！ 不過，12.2凌晨的前台服務態度很差，對於早餐，我是一個吃早餐的人，我11.0也是在這裏住的，前台小姐姐還送了我兩張早餐券，而12.2的小姐姐，我開口説了能不能送一份早餐，他一定要我掃碼下單才給送，我掃過了一樣的價格，奇怪了是我掃碼下單她能拿提成嗎？？？至少我清楚的知道我在攜程下單我自己有保障！！ 我建議這麼沒情商的前台還是換一個吧，服務態度也差，嚴重影響酒店形象
