服務總體不錯，但有3個方面不滿意:1，20號晚上問大堂經理，是否能幫我預約一樓的日式料理餐廳，這位歲數大的男經理跟我説這個店一般人預約不到。我自己致電餐廳，立刻預約到了。2，21號早上的早餐服務員入場時我告知了房間號，也刷了房卡，一會跑來問我到底是哪個房間，我很奇怪的問不是刷了房卡嗎？她翻白眼説沒刷出來。但旁邊有人沒有帶卡也沒驗證是否真實就直接就餐了。3，入住小冰箱裏的可樂20元一瓶，國內各大星級酒店都是免費贈送冰箱飲料的，這個我認為不太合理。總體來説其他方面還算滿意，客房人員態度不錯，夜裡其他房間有噪音立刻幫忙處理，一位女大堂經理幫忙預訂了葱油餅乾，總體是次較好的入住體驗。

上海市中心位置能提供免費停車和充電樁的酒店不多，但錦江就是其中之一。環境漂亮，進入酒店就象進入了舊上海的歷史。錦楠樓，錦北樓，貴賓樓，峻嶺樓都值得仔細參觀，細細品味。酒店前台會提前和客人溝通房型及入住要求，免去了客人入住時很多麻煩，值得稱讚。
