When I checked in, I found urine stains on the toilet. I contacted the room attendant to clean it. As a result, the aunt came in directly by swiping her card. This service is truly amazing.
The hotel must have been renovated from an old hotel. The stopper inside the basin was black and was not replaced with a new one.
