Not bad for the price. Decent overall hotel if you’re looking to come in and out.

I recommend Citigo Lujiazui for 2 main reasons - 1, The location is fantastic. So near to the major iconic buildings of Shanghai and yet residential. The entrance to the hotel is also beautifully designed and more tasteful than standard hotels. 3. The service. From the reception to the housekeeping team and the ladies at breakfast who are super friendly and helpful. No request is too difficult and no question too troublesome. Had a most pleasant 4-night stay!

Affordable and clean

I’ve stayed at 3 CitiGO hotels now and this one wad actually my least favorite, it definitely felt much older than the other places, this one is off a much lower quality and condition, also didn’t have a good breakfast. The best part about staying here was uncle no names bistro directly beneath the hotel. Best shakshuka I’ve had in a while! Would recommend for location and the room was alright, just not as nice as the other ones.

Was very good

Good for a solo traveler since it’s kinda small room but everything is provided. Shower curtain is vague. Nice room, bed and wifi. Also the robot to assist you.

Very good hotel. About 400 metre away from the nearest train station. Have few good restaurants underneath the hotel

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the metro station and most of touristic attractions including Shanghai Tower and Shanghai Oriental Pearl Tower. Rooms are clean. Staff is professional. There is cafe downstairs with good atmosphere.

The hotel is very well situated and close to all the main attractions and things to do. The breakfast is Chinese related and not western buffet as stated. Very easy to have food delivered to the lobby. The room was clean and suited us well. Not a big hotel at all, this is better suited for single or couples travelling.

I did not enjoy very much my stay. Window was an importat item to me, and that was one of the reasons I paid a bit more to stay in this room. Once i got to the first room, the window did not open and when I tried to call reception to complain, the telephone was also out of service. Then I went to complain and after making me wait a bit, I was given another room, which was not smelling really good, but at least the window could be opened. Besides the corridors have rugs which made very difficult to go through with the heavy luggage that I was carrying. The bed was confortable, and the room was ok. But I expected a lot more from the pictures.

I chose this hotel because it is within walking distances near pearl tower and it was cheaper by slight margin . It is fine if you are a solo traveler and want to explore nearby places and now going to spend much time in a room. But otherwise not recommending it, especially if you going to spend a lot of time in a room working or you are with your partner , especially new one . The room was very very small in addition WC walls were completely transparent. Immediately after checking room I asked for possible upgrade however staff told me that all rooms are similar size . But next day I saw some room doors open and they were significantly bigger than the one I have . I think hotel staff is nice and friendly however they don’t speak English that’s why they gave me answer like that . Benefits : * very long breakfast time 07-12. This is huge benefit for a person as me who usually skips it . * compared to standards in China window was sealed well and there was not much blowing to my head at night * Comfortable bed
