我們攜長者與小童抵達上海旅遊，不料在前往酒店的網約車期間，在虹橋機場大堂遺漏了一件重要行李。直至抵達酒店房間後才發現此事。由於語言不通、環境陌生，我們焦急萬分之際向酒店前台求助。
當值的Fanny Wang女士立即展現高度的責任心與同理心，她不僅耐心安撫我們，更主動聯絡機場、網約車平台及快遞公司，多方協調追蹤行李下落。
尤為令人感動的是，即便已到下班時間，她仍持續跟進進展，直至深夜確認行李成功尋回。更親自安排快遞事宜，於次日將行李安全送達酒店，解了我們的燃眉之急。
酒店裝修華麗，房間非常寬敞整潔。自助早餐及18樓的餐廳的食物都很美味。
酒店各員工都非常有禮及專業，並主動幫忙客人。

英迪格酒店太驚喜了！房間設計融入本地文化元素，細節滿滿超有格調。床品柔軟好睡，隔音超棒，晚上特別安靜。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，現做的歐姆蛋絕了。前台Nick 和Alice熱情又專業，入住退房都超高效。地理位置也方便，步行就能到商圈。下次來還住這，性價比拉滿！
