Wonderful stay with the great facilities , we got an upgraded room at 8th floor. Room is large space with bathtub , complimentary red wine & Dessert , automatic toilet bowl & dyson hair dryer. Easy traveling , we took a taxi (DiDi) from Dongjing subway station exit 3 to the hotel only 26 CYN & takes 18 minutes. We enjoy the water curtain show at the lobby. Amazing cliff light & shadow show at 20.30 hrs. Great service from all staffs bell boy , front reception , restaurant , indoor pool. Special thanks to Ms.Sofiia (Guest Service Officer) as we got a warm welcome & helpful information from her. Ms.Sofiia make us feel very easy to communicate in English speaking (many staffs not influence in English). We request to inspect the underwater view room & she could arranged it perfectly (luckily the room is available to see) We join the buffet dinner at G floor restaurant. Great value dinner with variety of food , dessert & drinks. We love unlimited beer & wine. Also special thanks to Mr.Chan LV for a great services in the restaurant.

The hotel staff at this resort is simply exceptional. From the friendly front desk team and courteous restaurant staff, Vicki from club member section to the attentive housekeeping staff, every interaction felt warm and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the housekeeping aunty’s attention to detail, including checking our room key before allowing access during cleaning. This level of security gave us peace of mind and showed their dedication to guest safety. Overall, the staff's professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction made for a truly memorable stay.

What an amazing hotel with fantastic water shows and cliff lighting show. I throughly enjoyed staying in this hotel. Families with kids would benefit the most due to lighting and water displays. Hotel staff including Bruce helped me to get around and provide me very nice dessert. He even offered me afternoon tea when i submitted my water park ticket to them. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Foods are amazing

Very unique experience for a life time. The hotel is quite nice and clean, the Baidu smart assistant turns out to be very handy with voice commands. Dyson hairdryer is a nice touch. @Bruce from the front desk has been very helpful throughout my stay. Very speedy but detailed responds via WeChat.

Intercontinental Wonderland was by far one of the most memorable and relaxing hotel resorts I have ever been to. All staff members, especially Bruce, were extremely friendly and attentive to all my questions and requests. The room itself was breath-taking with an amazing view of the quarry. Nothing compares to waking up to the beautiful scenic view with the sounds of nature in this distance. All amenities including in room dinning and the SPA were also highlights of our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to any future travelers

InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland is a fantastic choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The fresh air and nearby parks create a perfect atmosphere for unwinding, and the Wonder City Amusement Park, just a 5-minute walk away, adds an extra touch of fun to the experience. The hotel offers a delicious buffet, a great pool, and a well-equipped gym. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to visit the spa, which means we’ll have to come back again! A huge thank you to Sofiia, Seven, Vincent, and Alisa for their outstanding service—they answered all of our questions and made our stay as comfortable as possible, prepared a room with an amazing view for us. Special thanks to Bambi and Cora for preparing delicious complimentary desserts for us. Also, a big shoutout to Amiya, who helped organize room service late at night—super convenient! I also really enjoyed The Cliff Show, and I appreciate Sofiia reminding us about it by sending a helpful notice. The staff is available 24/7 and speaks English, Russian, and Korean, which made communication effortless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel is truly a must visit at least once in your life. The architecture and design are absolutely stunning. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view. The service was top notch every staff member was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the spectacular nighttime show by the cliff, which we could enjoy right from our room. It was an unforgettable, world class performance that made every penny spent on our stay totally worth it. Highly recommended!

A PERFECT PLACE TO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY From beginning to end, it’s been so much fun. We were greeted cordially by friendly smiles by the front desk staff. They were aware it’s my birthday, thus, upgraded my room with the best view of the water falls and decorated my room as well for this special occasion. Alisa from front desk is an exemplary and outstanding staff greeting me with a smile and keeping in touch during my stay ensuring that we have everything we need. Dinner time, I got a complimentary birthday cake. Part of the package is Shenkang Wonderland where we had super fun time. At night, we could watch from our balcony the 30-minute amazing Center of the Earth Platform: Cliff Light and Shadow Show. Afterwards at 930pm, we saw the beautiful Lobby Water Curtain Show. The following morning, we had an exhilarating one hour In-hotel travel photography with super friendly and professional photographer named Yan. Kudos as well to our nice room attendant named Amber. Lastly, when I checked out the front desk officers were really warm and gave me a stuff toy gift from Intercontinental. Their names are Sofia, Seven and Cora. From beginning to end, it’s an indeed a perfect place to celebrate one’s special day. Thank you to the staff of Intercontinental Wonderland Hotel. It’s the best and memorable hotel Ive been to. You truly make your guest feel important and special. If you want to have a memorable, enjoyable, fun-filled celebration. This is the best place to go to. Super love this hotel!

Incredible experience in Intercontinental, we were mostly amazed by the lights show of the evening!! We didn’t expect such an artistic piece, beautiful! Don’t miss it! (Worth booking a night even just for it!) Staff friendly and pro, Sofiia took good care of us :) !

The hotel was wonderful, and the staff was very polite and architecture unbelievable. At our arrival, we were greeted with lovely Sofia thanks to who all our questions were answered without delay.She was really great. All in all, this is a must-see. One of the kind experiences.
