整幢樓都有一種味道，非常不喜歡。室內潮位嚴重。

在廢舊大廈裏的酒店，房間非常小，很少住到這麼小的房間。馬桶擠在牆和洗手枱間，稍微動作大一點就會撞到，屁股得瞄準了，不然危險😏空氣質量不好，走廊一股很重的不明氣味，房間裏特地配了一台空氣凈化器很少見。

第一次遇見不打電話提示退房，直接自動幫人續住並且強行收取續住鐘點房費用的酒店好吧，太厲害了，住個酒店也遇上***了。凌晨四點左右入住的，睡醒四點接到電話讓退房，下去了退房就説多收160的鐘點房費用，真是莫名其妙。之前住別的酒店兩點多打電話下去三點退從來沒遇到過多收費的情況，這個就很厲害了，要退房的時候不打電話不敲門，直接幫客人自動進行一個續住，我是不是還應該感謝沒有直接續住一整天而是續了個鐘點房的費用？讓前台出示打電話的記錄也不出示，非説是我們自己同意的，那就很搞笑了，一點證據都沒有我們在夢裡同意的唄？不出示證件就強行一直逼着交錢。
另外，我定的高級大床房，平台上寫了是有窗户的，到店了又説大床房都沒有窗户，衹有商務房才有窗户，我表達出強烈不滿，才説幫我們升級房型弄個有窗的。結果住進去特別小，衹有一邊有牀頭櫃，另外一邊緊挨着牆。我請問兩個人住是衹有一個手機需要充電是嗎？這種房型設計出來是怎麼想的？既然你們不管什麼房型都沒有窗也不要分普通大床房和高級大床房了，區別是什麼？多收費用宰冤大頭？
最後感謝攜程平台幫我處理這個事情，平台給我補的費用，酒店方面又不出示證據又不願意處理，態度令人作嘔！以後再也不會住全季任何酒店！
