作為兩百左右的酒店硬件沒什麼問題，但前台服務很奇葩。
我來了兩次：
1）第一次來退房時車快到了想要瓶水，前台臭臉説房間裏有。
我都退房了難道不是房間的水喝完了？或者是我下樓退房你讓我去房間裏拿水喝？兩百左右的酒店確實不貴但好歹不是青旅，顧客要瓶水你需要這麼多話？我住個全季哪怕等車時在大廳休息都有人主動送水過來，桔子水晶也是有的，你們稍微便宜一些可以沒有這個服務，但要瓶水可以不要有很多廢話嗎？
而且這個對話並不是客服那種友好但廢話多，而是全程臭臉，面無表情，甚至不是普通的對話，我哪怕是跟路人説話態度都比這好，作為服務行業態度不讓人感到不適不是最基本的？
不論是大眾點評還是攜程我幾乎不會主動寫差評，也從來沒有因為服務人員的態度寫過差評，我不願意為難打工的人，但前台這個女的真的太臭屁了。
2）第二次我辦理入住的時候知道自己愛喝水想直接多要兩瓶，前台又是抬頭一句“房間有免費的”，本來長得就夠一般了又是一樣的臭臉。我馬上不高興了反問“是前台的要花錢的意思嗎？”
人家又問我是房間的不夠喝嗎？
你們酒店活不起了嗎，給的水又不是依雲，只是康師傅，我能佔你這點便宜？我要水當然是要喝啊。
當然態度還是一樣**。
服務人員要麼少説話，要麼態度正常一點，我也沒指望你多麼微笑服務，不要臭臉了，你又不是范冰冰放在前台不是讓人賞心悦目的是讓你服務的

總體還是不錯的，畢竟是經濟型酒店。不過房間比我預想的小，酒店位置比較難找，打車時候司機時常找不到路。客房服務態度好，每天清潔的也到位。還有希望能改進一下大床房的窗户，關不緊，總是有點漏風。
