前台的哥很熱情，還幫我拿行李箱，房間很乾凈，真的很乾凈！就連衞生間打掃的都很乾凈，而且房間裏沒有任何異味，還香香的。除了被子和枕頭用的有點舊之外（但是也很乾凈），沒有任何問題，住了四天！真的很好！！也有人每天來打掃衞生，這一點很多賓館都做不到。

本來對環境沒要求，本來是到朋友小區喝酒順便住下來，馬桶沒蓋子，用的時候告訴我要小心點用，晚上很吵，鬧哄哄，這些環境都無所謂。但是走的時候就誇張了，本來沒有給空調遙控器，説我按金條上寫的有遙控器，把店裡兒子喊起來才説是沒給我遙控器，然後説退款的事，我出示付款碼有點慢，這個女的就説****你不是很急這走嗎？，我説你罵什麼罵，這時候這個兒子就沖過來你説話那麼聲大幹嘛説你別想走，按金我還就不退你了，你也走不了，三個男人把我為主，然後這個店長開始脱衣服赤膊開始指着我的臉威脅我走不了，還有一個保安服的人站在出口的位置，這時我衹能報警，因為我一開始就説了我九點要開會，他説不退款，你愛咋滴咋滴，我給警察説他們不讓我走，他們才不敢攔我，我逃一樣的跑掉，更不敢要按金了，這個是個野蠻的無法無天的店，希望公安部門整頓，這不是服務的問題，完全是******，這如果是我不及時報警，我真不知道會發展到什麼程度!現在想想就後怕
