第一次入住的房間有些黴味，可能是夏天潮濕的緣故吧。和前台反饋後，汪經理及時幫我們挑選更換了其他樓層的房間，還送了水果。服務很及時，早餐也很不錯，值得再選擇。

第二次帶小朋友入住星河灣，由於恰逢颱風，酒店入住的人不多。由於第一夜的房間有着一股濃濃的異味，使得身子感覺明顯不適，第二天向客服反映後，酒店方很重視，當即派人前來查視並作了換房處理，而且大堂經理和客服多次前來表示歉意，還送了小禮物。應該説這次的入住雖然出了點狀況，但對酒店的處理態度和各項的服務還是很滿意的。

這次入住體驗真的非常棒，特別要表揚酒店的前台，從辦理入住開始就讓人感覺賓至如歸，工作人員專業高效，態度親切友好，面帶微笑地解決了所有問題。
我的車子是臨時牌照，本來還擔心停車會是個麻煩事。但沒想到前台工作人員非常專業且靈活，入住時就給了備註、且完美地解決了停車問題，讓我能安心入住，這點必須給滿分。
酒店的早餐也給我留下了深刻印象，種類相當豐盛，中西式選擇都很多，食材新鮮，味道也不錯，提供了充足的能量開啟新的一天。
更讓人感到貼心的是，退房時前台工作人員還主動贈送了瓶裝水，雖然是小細節，但在退房趕路時收到這樣的小心意，瞬間讓人覺得服務很周到、很暖心。
總的來説，這是一次從入住到離店都讓人感到舒適和滿意的體驗。優質的前台服務、靈活解決實際問題的能力、豐富的早餐以及貼心的細節關懷，都讓我願意大力推薦這家酒店！下次有機會一定會再次選擇入住。

出門遊玩酒店體驗簡直超出預期，必須給大家分享分享酒店地理位置極佳，出酒店沒多遠，就是公交地鐵站出行即便利。走進酒店前台樂樂熱情周到的服務就給我留下深刻印象辦理入住手續迅速又高效，還耐心給我介紹周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳，就像家人一樣。來到房間更是眼前一亮房間非常乾淨整潔，佈局合理每一處細節都能看出酒店的用心打開水龍頭，熱水做得很快，水流也很大洗澡的時候超舒服。整個入住過程，感覺做到了酒店對衞生和設備的高標準維護。晚上睡覺周邊很安靜能好好的睡一覺。無論是地理位置服務房間設施設備跟周邊配套都讓我十分滿意.
