Nice location near shopping mall and railway stations. Good breakfast and good room

Place or location is good, near Shanghai train station but room is rundown with poor maintenance. Breakfast is normal without any hot coffee. Few POWER points not working at all.

Great location just 5 min walk from Shanghai railway station. The reception not speak english and also so lazy to use translate app. keep saying in Chinese although she knows that i don't understand. Hot water doesn't work. We are about 15 min late for breakfast but everything already locked and no food remain. We would be much appreciate if they could give us some snack or biscults. But not.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. When I checked in, I was given a corner room for the first time. I felt very uncomfortable after entering (the mirror was facing the head of the bed, the layout and facilities were very broken, and the bed was very hard. It was not an exaggeration to say that it was an old guesthouse. 2. Because the room was really unbearable, I thought about it for a while and decided to go downstairs to change rooms. It was at this time that I learned that (the air conditioning in the hotel could not be used and the single rooms were all the last rooms in the corner). Shouldn't the hotel explain these situations to the guests when they check in? Then the guests decide whether to check in? As consumers, don't they have the right to know? Because I couldn't check out, I strongly requested the front desk to change the room. The front desk was very reluctant at first and thought I had a lot of things to do. 3. At my strong request, I was finally given a standard room. But after entering, the whole room was still shabby and the hygiene was very bad. There was dust on the furniture, and the wall and roof were seriously peeling. The room lighting was very dim. There was no place to charge the bedside. The furnishings and magnetic field of the whole room still made people feel very uncomfortable. It was very scary at night. I couldn't check out and had to bite the bullet and check in. I couldn't sleep all night. I really can't be greedy for cheapness. I can't stay in a hotel like this.
