已經很多次入住了，體驗不錯，酒店環境很適合度假，房間也很大，孩子很喜歡，酒店有許多孩子可以玩的地方，小小牧場，小探索樂園，還有許多有趣的活動。。。一天是玩不夠的，兩個房間每天都有小禮物贈送，很開心！感謝前台工作人員陳婷，幫我們調整到合適的房型，讓我們入住很愉快

這次房間獲得免費升級，還是很滿意的，還續訂了一晚。2.4米的大床相當舒適，衞生間也足夠大，房間有客廳空間，適合寶寶空餘時玩樂。度假酒店內可供寶寶遊樂的地方還是很多的，值得各種組合的出行遊玩，更推薦自駕出行。

因為小朋友過生日訂的房間，提前幾天通過平台聯繫想要地址預訂蛋糕，沒想到酒店提供了一個6寸的生日蛋糕。三個小朋友都很喜歡，搶着吃，果然奶油➕水果，沒有小朋友能抗拒。
預訂的森林房，開門還有大大的生日快樂水牌和氣球，小朋友們很驚喜，玩了一下午都不肯出門。管家紅美人魚客服也很好，給了很多建議，諮詢和回覆都很快。預訂的套餐送了一個項目，客服還加贈了一個小小牧場，小朋友玩到不想出門，順便還做了巧克力和小餅乾。小餅乾用料很足，非常好吃😋
快要回家的時候，小朋友們都不肯走，差點來不及退房，美人魚管家還幫忙協調延後了半小時退房，服務真棒👍🏻，小朋友們都説下次還要來住

帶孩子和小狗來太陽島過週末，寵物房很不錯，為狗狗設計的細節都很貼心，孩子也很喜歡。這裏的服務也挺及時細緻的，特別是跟我們對接的紅美人魚客服管家，值得推薦也打算經常來玩

這次選了淡季的太陽島，人沒那麼多，玩起來比較舒服，值得一誇的是太陽島的服務態度，熱情到位。特別是我們的管家楊經理，還沒入住就一直問寶寶的輔食注意點，是否要提前和廚房打招呼；住的過程中反饋非常及時熱情；最後因寶寶睡覺時間也幫延遲了退房。全程態度都很好，大家很滿意，下次等夏天時候再來玩。

寶貝很喜歡，因為房間空間夠大，特別是設計了帶有可以上爬下滑的樹屋，還帶網籃的上鋪，下鋪是榻榻米，方便寶寶上下床，雖然我家寶寶還小，不能上睡，但這樣的設計足夠讓她喜歡💕另外足夠大的空間可以讓我家寶貝雨天也可以在室內隨意走動玩樂。屋裡還帶有飛行棋，桌上還有送給寶貝的小禮物，寶貝特別喜歡，感謝酒店温馨舒適的設計服務。最後想説～欠缺的就是房費有點偏高，住一晚相當於普通酒店的幾倍，還有酒店用餐菜價也偏高，還另需收服務費。最後想説，下了高速後進入酒店前的那條必經路過於狹隘，其中那兩座帶有坡度橋，上下有盲區有點危險，因為它的寬度衹適合一輛車輛來往通行。

兒子生日讓他自己選在哪裡過生日，他在眾多選擇中還是選擇了心心念唸的星際套房，雖説不算太陽島最好玩的季節，但是孩子開心就行了，一進房間那聲哇塞，説明確實滿意了，孩子玩的不出來，酒店管理和服務都不錯，可以説細緻入微了，等夏天過來再體驗一下雨林房。
