Zsmart Hotel (Shanghai West Nanjing Road Meilongzhen Plaza)

I had a mixed stay at Zsmart Hotel near West Nanjing Road that I wanted to share honestly with future guests. The positives: The staff were genuinely helpful and detail-oriented throughout my stay. Their service and attention to guest needs were commendable, and they made efforts to assist with any requests. Areas of concern: Unfortunately, the hotel's condition didn't match the clean, modern photos shown online. The property appears quite rundown and needs maintenance updates. Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant odor near the front desk area that detracted from the first impression. The actual rooms and facilities looked significantly different from what was advertised. While the staff's excellent service was a highlight, the gap between online presentation and reality was disappointing. The location near West Nanjing Road is convenient, but potential guests should be aware that the hotel's physical condition may not meet expectations based on online photos. For the price point and location, there may be better options available in the area.

Good hotel. Service was outstanding and late check out provided. I would recommend it for 1-2 night stay for sure.

It's first time I am going to Shanghai and this hotel service quality better than another hotel. They are so kind and polite person. I enjoy this hotel.
