Rest Hotel (Shanghai Xijiao International)

This is a photo of me when I returned to the room after I booked a hotel and stayed for two nights. I was asked to pick up the cigarette butts that had been on the floor for two days early in the morning. At least they picked them up. The water in the room was not replenished, the quilt was not made up, and the floor towel was not changed after being left for one or two nights. I thought it would be better to add an extra pair of slippers. I asked the thin lady at the front desk to do this when I extended my stay on the third day. She cleaned up everything when I returned to the room. On the first day, she also helped me carry my things and delivered them to the hotel room. There were too many things for one person to carry! I hope the hotel will do better and better. After all, it is a chain. Although the current business environment is sluggish, no matter how low the price is, service is king! The last words for the hotel: Smile when you meet guests, and customers will not run away! There is no need for after-sales service. I hope you will take it seriously and your business will get better and better! Honest advice may be unpleasant to the ears but is beneficial to one’s conduct! I wish you all the best! 房間雖然都是隔離出來，但是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，有衞生間，環境挺好，在上海這個寸土寸金的地方，價格也不貴，挺好的，周邊也有很多吃飯的地方，挺好。推薦大家如果入住！

酒店性價比挺高的，離虹橋火車站也比較近，適合出差居住。前台客户也很熱情，辦理入駐很快，而且周邊吃飯地方也多
