The most terrible experience in this hotel is tonight. I specifically asked during booking a room far from elevator! Seems they can't read at reception or don't care. During check-in I asked a quiet room. In Chinese, they understood. But the lady seems no idea which room is where or her understanding of quiet isn't standard. Came out my room is opposite to the service room. Now it's 1:30am!!! And the outside service guy came to pick up the laundry!!! With a trolley! Loud!!!

About 6-700meters from Shanghai Natural history museum. Clean, big bed, can adjust air conditioning, good response & easy to contact, staff can speak English, can leave the baggage overnight for free if you are early check in, elevator, good hairdryer, a bit sound proof, window/river view.

We were very comfortable.
Very attentive.
The location is good, and a taxi ride takes you to all the main attractions for 3 or 4 euros.
