房間糟糕至極，早上入住 發現床單 浴巾衹有一條 毛巾也是 捲紙還是用過的 還有一卷用過的放在抽屜裏 跟酒店溝通 同意更換 當時有事情就着急走了 沒有更近 凌晨1點回來 發現房間的這些東西都沒有更換 還是原樣 酒店表示已經更換過 早上辦完事就走的時候，我還做了標記，就是防止酒店沒有換，結果回來的時候標記還在，根本就原封不動的 因為回來太晚了，保潔都已經下班，沒有人更換，當天晚上穿着衣服睡了一晚上 睡到2:00差不多，隔音效果極差，信號也不好，裏面完全是沒有信號，兩張卡移動的電信的都沒有信號 與前台溝通能否換房間，因為時代睡不着，前台表示説已經滿房了，沒有房間更換，表示沒辦法解決，意思是讓我忍耐着 早上7:00多退房的時候也沒有沒有任何的致歉，我住攜程那麼多酒店，我從來不想給酒店點差別，但這是真的忍不住了，怎麼了？定了一百多的房間就不是房間嗎？
