入住體驗感不錯，剛到酒店就感覺很不錯，前台的小潔遠遠的就對我微笑打招呼了，辦理入住很快速，介紹的也很全面，吃飯也很方便，他們這邊有中餐廳，點餐也可以送到房間，很快速，而且很好吃，房間的隔音效果還很好，以為在路邊會很吵，沒想到有意外的驚喜！很安靜，很安靜，非常舒服，房間的四件套很柔軟舒適😌

昨天趕上了颱風天氣，這麼大的風狂風暴雨啊真是，把我的行程都打亂了，在酒店裡寄存行李回來拿，我和孩子都淋濕了，還好前台小吳貼心給我找了吹風機和換衣服的地方，要不然我們都要感冒了，昨天入住體驗不錯，房間舒適温馨，果斷又續住了一天，不錯不錯👍👍👍👍這一天真是太抓馬了

朝飯の場所が狭く、利用できない日がありました。もう少し種類が豊富だと良いかなと思います。お粥がなかったのも残念でした。
ホテルが変更になり、トリップコム担当の方が、とても丁寧で、大変気持ちよく満足致しました。スタッフを褒めてあげてください。日本語も上手でした。

一家人來上海出遊，還沒到提前就給酒店打了電話，因為訂的大床房，三個人帶着孩子開兩間房間比較不方便，跟前台商量怎麼處理，後面前台的小潔給我們想了個主意，幫我們在房間里加了個床，這樣滿足了我們的需求，也不用再開一間房間，真的太暖心了，酒店的地理位置也很好，房間很大，早餐不錯，住了幾天吃的都很好，下次還會再來！
