The room is clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. We stayed for two nights in a row and the surrounding transportation is convenient. There is also a Dingdong grocery store downstairs next door, which has fruit snacks and drinks. This hotel is the first choice for traveling with children! The brothers and sisters at the front desk warmly welcomed the children and provided disposable slippers and children's toothbrushes. When checking out, they also gave children souvenirs. It was so thoughtful❤️I will stay here again next time!

The service at the Four Seasons Hotel is great. It's very clean. When my child wet the bed at night, the waiter helped to change it without saying a word. My child also liked it very much here. I will stay here again next time I come!

Excellent service, elegant environment

The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean, which is nice. It is located in a residential area, so it is quiet and I was able to feel more familiar with Shanghai. It is convenient to use Line 18 Zhangpu Park Station.

I stayed here for a few days and didn't eat breakfast because I had surgery and didn't want to eat too much. I just had a minor surgery yesterday. I ate the hotel breakfast this morning and ended up having diarrhea. Now I'm home and I have diarrhea again. I still have diarrhea during the recovery period. Is breakfast so unclean?

The hotel is very new and very clean!  The subway is convenient! The hotel is located near the Line 18 subway station mall!  There is a shopping mall "Bauhinia Mall" next to it. Within 10 minutes walk! Basics, drinks and food, all available!  There is a hotel buffet breakfast Appropriate style Reasonable price charges!  There is also a treadmill downstairs The only drawback is only three layers If you have to live in a high-rise building, you will be a little disappointed
