I stayed in this hotel and precontacted them several times beforehand to get more information. Unfortunately, I never received a reply.
When I arrived, nobody spoke English and nobody could properly explain basic things to me, such as breakfast times etc. The spa is about 1300-1500 RMB extra. If you are travelling from overseas it's impossible to find information there. I inquired about pricing and was therefore a bit unpleasantly surpised it was that much extra still. In terms of spa facilities, it's a bit limited. One type of sauna, a very basic steam room and some hot baths. I was expecting more of it. I think most people come here for the unlimited food, but that was less of interest to me. Treatments are also rather expensive. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff is very professional. As a European it's almost annoying that they're like Velcro on you, especially cause they don't understand you.

I would like to firstly make it very clear that booking a hotel room (at a fairly high rate) does NOT grant you automatic access to the spa facility. That is an additional £120 for 12 hours (and NOT including any treatments). The access is to one steam room, one wet steam room and some bath tubs. The other access is to unlimited snacks and then unlimited food at designated times. You also get access to toiletries and complimentary pyjamas. So I paid double what I was expecting because I could not refund the hotel due to trips cancellation policy would mean I would get less than 10% back. So I had to keep it. I would say the cost of the spa isn’t really worth it unless you can eat ALOT of food to make up the cost if you went out and had the amount I had. It’s an interesting experience but I would say it isn’t worth the cost of the room and the spa access. The staff also weren’t very accommodating to this mixup at all. I personally wouldn’t recommend it unless you are happy to pay over what is fair and just got for the experience.

E chi nn lo Sto arrivando! ..pazienza…una strabiliante SPA tutta a tua disposizione x 12 o 24 ore !!!!! Con il tutto compreso x quanto riguarda i servizi di catering ( strabilianti ) cercate su internet x besere x credere.!!
PERSONALE DA 10 e lode tutti !! Meticolosi silenziosi ma artentissimi s quello che ti serve…un’esperienza UNICA !!!! L’ultima stella la darò quando saranno meglio spiegati i servizi accessori cioe tutti i massaggi possibili immaginabili…e il loro costo e modo di prenotarlo durante la tua permanenza…alla fine se ti lasci prendere la mano spendi un pochino (sempre relativo !!!ma il servizio è da 6 stelle lusso ! A proposito potreste non prenotare la camera come ho fatto io ….x il momento non c’è tanta gente e si disperdono in 4 piani si vive dentro come dei Re !! Lecornie lusso e Bel vivere tutto quello che ai cerca…!…per Relax i massaggi seri sono fatte da
Professionisti !!costosini ma di classe . Questa struttura è la piu bella (di questi genere 24 SPA ) di quelle che si possono rrovare a Shanghai !

二刷，上次是春節來的，這次吃喝服務都有提升，做了采耳和搓澡。還是搓澡性價比最高最舒服，住了一晚酒店，還行。值這個價。餐食還是需要提高，有點貨不對板。下次還會去。
