房間非常滿意，服務非常到位！

花了錢住一晚酒店，結果一晚上沒睡，房間就在高架旁邊，窗户玻璃隔音太差，車來車往就和躺在馬路邊上一樣，別想睡着

The hotel lobby was disorganized, with luggage piled everywhere and untidy, creating a chaotic and untidy atmosphere. My first impression was extremely negative. I arrived at the hotel around 3 PM and stood at the front desk, but no one greeted me. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was finally able to check in. I was told the system needed to be restarted and I had to wait. After the system was restarted and I was able to check in, I was told the room wasn't ready and I had to wait another hour. After communicating with Ctrip customer service, I was finally able to check in about 20 minutes later. The room was acceptable cleanliness, but it far from made up for the significant shortcomings in service. Not recommended.

這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店位置優越，周邊交通便利，步行就能到達景點/商圈。前台Coco服務熱情專業，入住流程高效。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好。早餐種類豐富，尤其是現做的本地特色美食令人印象深刻。整體性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏！

酒店翻新後煥然一新，設施齊全。但入住時能感受到牆面和傢俱的新裝修氣味，對氣味敏感的住客可能會有些不適，建議房間增設空氣凈化器。
