在這家酒店入住了三天，期間遇見的問題太多太多了1.地漏不下水2.早餐用餐水可以滴到頭頂（可能運氣不好）3.去年入住酒店味道也不大，這次房間味道特別特別重，可能真的運氣背吧。5.房間居然有蜘蛛網……這運氣（如圖）6.洗手台沒熱水。本來準備退房時候反饋，我退房退了30分鐘。到我退房了黃外套的女生問我退房嘛？然後卡收走就接待下一個客人了，不應該問一下入住體驗嘛，可能太忙了接待不過來吧！反正上次入住是有詢問的。

簡直太棒了呢，住滑超方便，滑雪權益可以早一小時進場，太爽了，酒店環境超級好呢，雙手池，檢查太棒了，還有浴缸，滑雪人的最愛啊，還去還去，過幾天再去。

設施：酒店的硬件條件還是相當不錯，畢竟是一個新開的酒店，。
環境：店內環境還是不錯的，但是從房間看出去的周邊環境可能還是差點，因為臨港開發還不到位。
服務：總體服務還是不錯，有什麼需求都能滿足，衹是房間裏的咖啡機沒有使用説明，小小遺憾。後來讓服務人員上來教了才會使用。

房間裝飾非常有小木屋感覺，包括淋浴間的地板也是木板風格，設計上用心了。二樓游泳池不大，適合大孩子玩水。
