房間裝修還不錯，整體服務都很好，很熱情，很細心，特別是那個私人管家matil，買了滑雪套票房，可以9點直接酒店16樓入場到雪場頂部，滑麪條雪👍

房間還是挺滿意的，設計在我的點上，就是節日裏人多 要一個東西等了很久很久，應對假日 客流多的情況需要改進。整體酒店還是不錯的。管家Rico服務很熱情，周到 有機會會再來。

這次入住體驗太棒了！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就能感受到小馬的熱情與專業，辦理入住時還貼心準備了歡迎水果和飲品。
房間佈置温馨雅緻，床品柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬適中，讓我一夜好眠。細節之處盡顯品質。
早餐種類超豐富，中西式美食都有，現做的煎蛋和熱湯暖胃又暖心。
位置也很便利，周邊商圈、景點步行可達。
退房時前台還贈送了小禮品，服務全程無可挑剔，下次來這邊一定還會選擇這家，強烈推薦！

來滑雪玩的，看中入住酒店早上可以提前1小時進入雪場的優勢，也的確實現了。酒店的設施也過硬，房間蠻大的，是考慮過滑雪裝備需要乾爽的需求，開放的外掛設計，是滑雪者需要的。現在滑雪淡季服務還是及時和貼心的。很高興入住，這次時間短，下次會去健身房泳池看看。另外早餐好吃，水果不是切塊一盤盤浪費，給個按甜度吃的小杯子放各種拼切，點個贊。
