Location was great. The entrance was hard to find it first. Volume in tv was really low on the TV unless you switched it to the VIP/free service. The other platform for some reason had a low volume. Ayi came to help . Shower drain didn’t drain and water level rose . I had to stop it before the overflow . The “window” room is really a wall with a window installed . Nothing to see . As expected.

This is a good place if you just need to crash the night somewhere in central Shanghai. The beds are comfortable and the room has everything you need. The lights are dim so it's hard to see tho.

Quite far (15min.walk) from west nanjing metro station , but good location in this prize. Small room and thin wall .Fortunately the tourists are quite polite and quiet. Family- mart is so helpful when you are hungry at night or early in the morning.No free coffee at this hotel.

The hotel was clean and nice. They even have free tea and coffee at the reception. But the corridors renovation is lacking.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is very close to the subway and it is also really central. The hotel is less then 10 minutes cab to the bund and one station away from jing an temple. It is surrounded by several restaurants and malls and you can take a stroll at nanjing west road so it’s very convenient for getting food or shopping and it is quiet at night. The rooms are very clean and newly renovated. The service was also impeccable! The front desk staff was very attentive to helping me when I had any questions and I comfortably stayed here for several weeks :).
