就正常水準吧，沒有特別好，也沒有特別不好，離樂高還是有點遠的，提前一天聯繫了樂高的返程服務，説會有工作人員跟我聯繫，等了一天都沒消息，結果是晚上臨發車前十分鐘打了電話過來，這個時候還在排隊呢，後續就是自己打車回酒店了。另外，作為客流大部分是去樂高的酒店，酒店裡麪並沒有什麼小童娛樂項目，打發時間都打發不了

酒店的走廊上居然踩到刀片，夏天穿拖鞋差點割傷腳，給工作人員反饋既然説這不歸我管，我幫你反饋一下就走了。服務人員很冷淡。五星級酒店地攤上有刀片也是活久見了！！！我們一行三個家庭晚上9點回酒店點了很多外賣（酒店位置很偏，方圓幾公里沒吃的，被迫點外賣）希望借用一下餐廳吃外賣，我們還承諾吃完負責打掃乾淨，硬是不同意，讓我們回房間吃。就這種服務標準，門口的電動車掃碼了，錢扣了，但是車子軟件卻卡死了！連按金都退不出來。振騰一小時才搞定。。。。。。，一次非常糟糕的體驗。

酒店很新，房間大，設施方便。酒店有到樂高樂園的大巴車，暑假帶娃去樂園很方便，早餐豐盛美味種類很多，孩子很喜歡，説下次來還要住。我們第一天到後下午逛了逛古鎮，這邊裏楓涇古鎮很近，第二天樂高樂園玩一天，行程安排可以很鬆馳。
樂高樂園度假區來回接送服務:9:00出發，晚上19:：00回來。

陪娃打卡樂高樂園選擇了喜來登，酒店去年剛開業所以硬件非常可以，早餐和房間內送餐服務都不錯，距離樂園二十分鐘左右車程，打車十分方便。 健身房和泳池不錯，室內小童樂園較適合低齡寶寶，大孩子還是在樂高多釋放點精力吧。 總體不錯，適合家庭出遊。

衞生極差!來樂高樂園遊玩專門選擇了周邊的五星級酒店，結果遇到了極其惡劣的衞生問題：床單、被套上遍佈**毛髮、體毛及不明污漬，發現時直接都傻眼了，噁心至極。明顯是前一位客人使用後未更換! 入住一天後，因為衞生原因，眼睛出現了明顯的瘙癢感！
作為一個在小童樂園旁邊的酒店，卻有如此惡劣的衞生環境，如何讓家長孩子們安心入住。
並且酒店在電話溝通後沒有任何道歉和補償😅😅

I cannot book the shuttle bus to Legoland because I arrived in the afternoon, which was rather disappointed. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and clean and suitable for families with young kids. It takes around rmb40 to go to Legoland.

帶娃去樂高樂園入住的喜來登，環境衞生，設施，早餐都非常優秀。早上從家出發直接到達樂園，晚上預約了接駁車，衹有19點一班車，結果因為未及時找到上車點錯過了接駁車。小小的建議是:在宣傳頁面標註出位置，聯繫預約好的客人告知上車點。奇怪的是宣傳頁面的聯繫電話居然有撥打兩三遍無人接聽的狀況。入住當天前台説有贈送水果，電話詢問又被告知沒有水果。總之，不在意這些細節的話，住宿體驗還是ok的。
