When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there were no twin rooms and I could only change to a king-size room. They didn't even mention refunding the price difference. The king-size room was even smaller than the twin room. Two people couldn't stand in the aisle at the same time. The shower room was no different from facing the wall. I was claustrophobic when I took a shower. I've never stayed in a Four Seasons hotel with such poor hygiene. Run away now.
