The room is inside one of those old buildings in the french concession. I arrived late and found it kind of difficult to locate but the operator had been helpful in guding me there. The room was nicely decorated and had what I need. Stepping out of the building, turn right you can find a nice 4chuan restaurant and turn left u can walk down the street and feel the french concession vibes

I can fully recommend the “View Heart room”. It’s so beautiful and relaxing. The staff lady is friendly and it’s in one of the best areas of Shanghai! Just be careful that you get the right address, the rooms are all at different places.

This homestay is central to Xintiandi however the facilities was not up to standard as it had bad sewer odor. The bad sewer odor is unbearable There was construction with hammering and drilling on Sun from 8am till late. The bedroom is below the toilet directly

Lovely room in Tianzifang, the customer service was really helpful and fast in answering our questions, it sent me very detailed instructions about self check-in and how to reach the place. Definitely recommended ☺️

The room is on the second floor, with an elevator upstairs, a separate kitchen and bathroom, and a balcony. The nearest place to buy vegetables downstairs is Fuxing Vegetable Market, and those who require a higher variety of ingredients can go to Mengxi Vegetable Market. Bathroom: equipped with washing machine, heating and fresh air, Washlet electric toilet, hot water and shower room. The bathroom is not small, clean and ventilated. It has a completely last century style. The interior is very retro, and you can tell the owner spent a lot of money on it. There's a large yard at the door, which is very nice. It's a 5-minute walk to Citywalk on Huaihai Middle Road, and I like it very much.

This set is really hard to book. The Nanchang Building is famous. I had the chance to experience it. The space is really big. The style is very suitable for the temperament of this building. The most invincible thing is the small balcony. Looking out the window, there are sycamore trees and old houses all over the street. It feels like only old Shanghai can have it. It's a pity that it's winter. You can come back to see the sycamore trees in summer.

One was hygiene. Before I checked in, the owner gave me strict instructions and asked me to be careful. Before I left, I had to put the garbage in one place in the room and clean up the kitchen after using it, etc. Although I was a little unhappy, I thought it was acceptable. However, in fact, I was told not to step on the dirty carpet, but your carpet is already dirty. None of the quilts were washed clean, and the decorations on the table were also dirty. In addition, because the windows were installed too simply, there was no sound insulation, and it was on the roadside, I had a hard time falling asleep every night without taking melatonin. It was too torturous to have a car pass by from time to time. My check-in time was two o'clock, and I arrived a little early, but at half past one, the auntie had not come to clean up the traces of the previous person's stay. You can imagine how perfunctory the hygiene cleaning was.
