We rented a 3-bedroom, 1-living room suite on the 9th floor for 10 nights. The living room was very spacious and the bedrooms were sufficiently spacious. I like the wide table in the living room for serving meals. The kitchen is quite well-equipped with bowls, plates, utensils, cleaver, rice cooker. Although there is only enough space for one person to stand in the kitchen at any one time. The air conditioners worked well and kept us cool in the 35C hot days. The wifi was always fast. We had some trouble checking in because the room number listed as the office actually did not have anyone to receive us. We ended up searching the phone number on WeChat and was able to talk to the staff with WeChat phone. Once they sent us our room number and door lock code by WeChat, we were able to check in without ever seeing anyone in person. To get to the nearest metro station, you have to walk four big blocks for 15 minutes, although once you get used to the direction, it is not that long a distance. At the basement level of Wanda Plaza shopping mall next to the JiaDingXinCheng metro station, there is a very big supermarket where we got most of our food on the way back from our trips. But we also get a lot of food and kitchen supplies from the two smaller "supermarkets" just next to the apartment complex. The only thing we didn't realize was that the metro ride did take a little more than one hour each way from home to most tourist attractions like Oriental Pearl. So traveling did take some time, but I guess the payoff was a lower rent at the JiaDing District. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this place!
