We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 5 nights on a business trip and loved it. The location was fantastic; just a few minutes to the west Nanjing road subway which has 3 service lines. It's in the French concession so there are many heritage buildings that add a rich flavour to the city. Apartment itself is located in a modern condo block and the property was spotlessly clean. Loved the two king sized beds and also floor heating. This will be my top choice in winter!

This is a really comfortable apartment in a great location. Transportation to everywhere is made really easy with the West Nanjing Rd subway just across the street. There are 24h convenient stores and a large western supermarket nearby for grocery shopping. The inside is spacious and has a decent kitchen and a convenient set up of a bathroom, large closets, and 2 large bedrooms with king beds. We were here for a work trip and stayed for about a week and the amenities are complete to serve the apartment as a home away from home. The host is very responsive and accommodating and she also provides clear instructions for check-in/out and for the usage of all the equipment in the apartment. Thank you, Faye. Highly recommend and will come back again in winter to try out the floor heating!

Trip did not send us any instructions nor access code to the door, we took about 30mins to find the place after getting off the taxi, with our luggage with 2 kids in tow in the cold it was quite chaotic. I had to roam to call the owner to ask for the door code. Anyway, the owner was really wonderful who will check on you and give you good advice. The house was lovely, just that one needs to manage electricity usage because when we used kettle and hairdryer with all floor heating turned on max 25degC, it tripped a few times. But it was easy to turn the electricity back on and stagger the use of appliances.

During our recent visit to Shanghai, we had the pleasure of staying in a stylish two-bedroom apartment downtown, and overall, our experience was wonderful. The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing ample space for our group. The two bedrooms were comfortable, each with cozy beds and plenty of storage space for our belongings. The living room was tastefully decorated, and the large windows offered stunning views of the Pudong skyscrapers. The apartment came with a good range of amenities. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances, allowing us to prepare meals and snacks during our stay. The apartment was very clean. Faye was always available for any assistance. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Will come back again.

We stayed for a couple of days and loved it! The host (Faye) is super responsive, and communicative. Things we love, 1. It is very spacious! Large bed, many room for luggages, big sofas to chill on and watch TV. 2. Amazing view of the city from the 31st floor. 3. Well equipped kitchen. We didn't cook but it is nice to know option is there. 4. Love the location! Plenty of local eateries and restaurants right at the doorstep of this condo. 5. Super clean and we felt right at home!

The location is very convenient under the north-south elevated highway in the city. It is an older community, but it feels warm and homey after opening the door. The disadvantage is that there are no lights at the door of the community when you get out of the elevator to the room. The landlord is very kind. The room is very nice at night. The night view from the terrace is beautiful, and it’s very convenient to walk to a delicious soup dumpling shop.

As soon as you move in, you will be mesmerized by the landscape and view of the house. The house is on a high floor, and you can see the Shanghai Magic City as soon as you look out, which is very beautiful. The house is very clean, and the facilities are consistent with the pictures. It is an elegant style that I like. The whole apartment is very spacious. The 4 of us lived comfortably. The price/performance ratio is very high, which is more cost-effective than the surrounding hotels with small rooms. The check-in process is very easy, and the check-in guide issued by the host is very detailed. . . Nothing else, everything is better than I thought. Thumbs up.

The house is very close to the Natural History Museum and the transportation is very convenient, but the only thing is that it is cold. The air conditioner and floor heating cannot be used at the same time. The landlord informed us in advance. When we went out to play, we turned off the air conditioner and turned on the floor heating, and then when we came back, the circuit breaker tripped. It happened to rain in Shanghai when we checked in. I kept wearing a down jacket in the house, but I couldn't get warm. Because it was too cold, I caught a cold. We checked into a homestay near Disneyland one day in advance. There was central air conditioning there, and it was warm enough to wear short sleeves. There was an all-seasons downstairs. We took a taxi and waited for time. I went there to hide from the rain for a while. It was so warm. The house layout and location are very good. There is a small convenience store downstairs, which is also very convenient. It's just that the heating is a bit unsatisfactory, mainly because I caught a cold.

The location of the house is easy to find. The route map given by the landlord is clear and clear. The surrounding subways are very convenient. The rooms are well-equipped and of good quality. I will stay here again next time.

The children wake up naturally after sleeping. The room area is large, a standard two-bedroom and one living room, about 80 square meters. The room area of ​​the Ji Hotel downstairs is only 20 square meters. The host is very attentive, the room is newly decorated, the equipment is also new, and the various furnishings can also be seen with great care. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high. The environment is good, the facilities are great, and the sanitation is good. It was a great experience, and I will choose here again next time.

Due to renovations upstairs, my friends and I didn't get a good rest at all. We were woken up at around 8 o'clock in the morning, and the problem was not solved. The room was not soundproofed. Anyway, the stay experience this time was very poor.
