Stayed at this hotel as I was working nearby, it was a convenient location and very quiet as was situated in a nice residential area. The staff were very helpful on my arrival. The room was large and had everything I need. It was not quite as clean and well maintained as the photos but it was still comfortable place to stay and I cannot complain for the super cheap price!

The stay was good and nice . Its a village area.
There is no Disneyland bus service, you need to take taxi . We took public bus . They provide help and all other services.

The room had a lot of humidity damage around the walls of the room, and we found a couple of cockroaches. The place is located in a quite remote area near some small farms that smell of fertilizer and do not have many things within walking distance. The owner was available for communication on WeChat and we were able to check in at a very late hour. Finally, there was basically no cleaning service, and I was told that the pool doesn't open until the end of June.

The room was generally unhygienic, with cigarette butts and betel nut shells in the bathroom. The soundproofing was poor, and the voices of people outside could be heard clearly.
But the room is big, suitable for taking pictures, the light is on and the curtains are drawn, it still has a sense of atmosphere.
