The female receptionist had a very bad attitude, and looked like she didn't care about anything, as if all the customers owed her money. A chain hotel brand in the capital Beijing can't even provide good service. Don't the front desk staff need training? There was a power outage when I went there, and I couldn't arrange to check in. The room was also dirty and messy, like a small hotel overall. It was the worst accommodation experience!

Terrible, no soundproofing, noisy hotel, poor environment, remote, small, and you have to pay tax when you make up the invoice. A total of more than 900 yuan, 45 yuan of tax was paid. Other hotels do not require tax when making up the invoice.
