I’m a Thai traveler visiting during the summer in July. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful—I can’t remember their name, but they were cheerful and welcoming. The room was clean and came with a washing machine, drinking water, and tea for brewing. The location is convenient—just a 3-minute bike ride to Line 7 train station. Along the way, there are shops like Lawson, Panda Tea, and more to choose from.

It's a little far from the subway entrance, and it's not easy to walk if you drag a suitcase. The front desk is good, the room is big, and the air conditioner is very noisy. I originally wanted to rent it for a year to get a feel for the overall situation. But there is a bridge room on the second floor of the apartment, and the courier also uses the elevator directly with the guests staying in the hotel, which feels unsafe. It will still be inconvenient if you rent it for a long time.
