Very near to airport, we checked in at afternoon and go for a shopping in Mitsui outlet, it was just 5 mins driving distance

The hotel is so beautiful I like the design, the receptionist was so friendly & promptly replied to my questions The breakfast also ok The hotel also has chocolate hour for in house guest, which is sooo cool My daughter can go to kids room, swimming pool & even feed the fish

Located just 10 minutes from KLIA 1, this hotel is a great place to unwind for the night before a long haul flight. Well appointed rooms and wonderful hospitality. They provide shuttle to KLIA which makes traveling so much more convenient.

We had a wonderful stay here. The architecture is absolutely stunning, with a grand lobby that immediately makes you feel welcome, setting it apart from other hotels. While it’s perfect for airport transit, it’s also a fantastic choice for a staycation. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and treated to a delightful chocolate buffet. We had a great time relaxing with the movie channels and enjoying an evening swim. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, which made for a truly restful night. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I need to catch an early morning flight from KLIA. Highly recommended!

Great location for a quick transfer layover. More shuttles could provide greater convenience to and fro  shopping as well as hotel. Swimming pool was quite a nice amenity.

We were able to check in before 2pm, check in time was 3pm. Stayed at fourth floor room aircon was not cold, called the maintenance and managed to fix it 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Breakfast I would rate 7/10, plenty variety, mee soup, roti canai, nasi lemak. The best is the free shuttle service to mitsui outlet and airport. There’s a schedule for the transport near the concierge. If you take the Grab would cost you rm30 , the distance from the hotel to Mitsui is only 0.8km, it’s near but not recommended to walk.

I stay half day for transit. The room very quiet, good for deep sleep before we catch for long flight. All very good. Staff are friendly

Everything seems perfectly fine here. Its like very calm and peaceful hotel. The hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. Buffet breakfast was very absolute delicious which I can rate 9.5/10!

Nice hotel, near the KL international airport, only 8 mins drive. Free shuttle to the airport. Beautiful architecture, nice buffet dinner. Room is fine, swimming pool has separate female pool. Nice view.

Stay here so many times already means this place is good lor.got busy bring u go airport.room is good and clean.only bad thing is the Aircon breaks down 2 hours before I checked out.
