Hotels in Sinchon/Hongdae, Seoul

Beautiful scenery from corner room on 20th floor. Ateez merchandise store happened to be in the same building, so that was fun (although I’m a business traveler. The world famous Isaac Toast was just down the street next to a nice walking party for an early morning stroll. Hotel has a very nice lounge and restaurant in 21st floor with amazing places to sit and read, lot out the window for hours, play pool, listen to music, use computers, etc. it’s truly top-tier. There is also a bar on the next floor up. Everything about this hotel was excellent. I would definitely stay again, but would want this same room for breathtaking views throughout the day and night. 😎

Location was great providing convenience to shopping and dine out! 😊 Aside from there, I thought the room cleanliness could be better, I have had 8 to 10 mosquitoes bites on my legs, arms and face during my sleep which is quite bad. And I saw 2 mosquitoes at the gym room too.

I had 2 separate but consecutive days bookings but I didn’t managed to stay in the same room throughout which means I had to check out and check in again. Other than this, I think the overall services are excellent. The staff at the check in and concierge are all very proficient in English so asking for help was a breeze. My fav part is scanning the room key card in the lift without having to press the level.

Love the location as it’s easy to get around via metro, rain or shine. The rooms was a little tight but still acceptable for me considering that it looks very new. Only complaint is the toilet is small and shower water seems to seep onto the dry area easily despite us trying to prevent it. Breakfast was simple but adequate and nice! Will stay again!

Hotel room very clean and tidy, room’s big enough and reception staff as well as housekeeper’s service good too. Location very convenience. As supermarket, convenience store and Olive Young cosmetic shop right next to the hotel, and bus station & metro station just a few mins walk. Only the shower curtain is a bit dirty and sticky, it would be better if the housekeeper can clean it or change for a bigger one, otherwise everything was good.

It was totally nice hotel especially instruments, services and location. If the water pressure more increase in the shower, and if there are no room fragrances, that would be most appreciated for me. Receptionists are really considerate, flexible and knowledgeable.  Thanks for their helps, my solo travel was made more efficient!

Great stay! The staff was very polite and spoke good English, making communication easy. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, with a modern and tidy feel. Breakfast was small but tasty. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway and close to a large supermarket. Excellent value and highly recommended!

A bit hard to find on foot. The lights illuminating each door was off when I checked in at 1130pm. The card reader was tucked away; not very obvious to find. The room's light switches were difficult to find. The light switches by the bed were programmed oddly. No 110v or 220v plugs, only European or USB-C. The shower set up was amazing. Gjestina Cafe was delicious, gorgeous, and food was stellar.

The location in Hongdae is ideal, close to the shops, the RYSE, there’s a convenience store and Kyochon nearby. The reception was fast and friendly and they even gave me a room upgrade. The room was bi-level and spacious, especially the bedroom area. The hotel is very aesthetic, with the brick themed lobby. I just feel the toilet and bath configuration went too far on the aesthetics though. The sink was too high while the counter was too low it was awkward to use. Even if I wanted to use the bathtub, I skipped it because there are no handrails to safely come up when you’re wet. I ended up just soaking my feet. The Japanese style toilet is very convenient. I like the coffee counter where you can see the Seoul skyline while having coffee. The other table and chair set is also awkward as the table is too low, I think it’s meant to use when you are squatting on the floor and not to be paired with the lounge chair as you will be hunched down the whole tome. I don’t get the design rationale really. The bed is so comfortable though, it’s guaranteed to give you a good night’s sleep.

Great hotel close to hongdae main street, easy access to transport such as buses and metro. Managed to travel to other locations in seoul with relative ease. Hotel has washing facilties, cooking area, gym, reading area. Doesn't have coffee in room but has kettle. There is also a cafe in ground floor of this hotel. Will book again.
