Hotels in Yeouido, Seoul

The room looks pretty good in Korea, the bath water is very hot, and the boss has a very nice attitude

Pro: it's close to the subway station. There is a mashing machine and dryer in the property. The room is quite spacious. Cons: the toilet smells (my partner and I both agreed there was a strong smell) and we reported to the reception, a member of staff came up and said he couldn't smell it (but he cleaned it anyways,but still smells after the disinfectant smells faded out). The cup in the bathroom is not cleaned (as shown in the picture, I thought it was scratch at first, then when I touched it, it is gel/cream ish)The TV was hard to operate, it even took the staff awhile to get to the channel.

Good Location, Friendly Staff, Room Needs Improvement The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English communication skills. They were also accommodating to my specific room requests. The room itself was nicely appointed, but unfortunately, the room temperature was too warm, fixed at 27 degrees Celsius with no option to adjust the heater. This made for an uncomfortable stay, especially at night. Additionally, the bathroom layout, while suitable for solo travelers, would likely be inconvenient for couples due to the lack of a separate door for the toilet area. There's no bidet, which was a bit disappointing. I think the hotel would benefit from upgrading to automated toilets for a more modern and convenient experience.

I had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day of exploring Seoul, and the city view from the window added a special touch to the experience. The service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process.

The hotel has a great location, close to Yeouido subway station and Hyundai Department Store. Upon arrival, the staff proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very polite. Due to not having a local credit card and accout issue, we couldn't use the app to book a taxi, but the staff promptly helped us with this. The view from the hotel window is excellent, with a clear sight of the Han River. The hotel uses Le Labo 31 amentities. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. Some areas has quite a bit of dust buildup, and the housekeeping staff placed our personal toothbrush directly on the counter, which made us uncomfortable as the toothbrush directly touched the surface.If we visit Seoul again in the future, I will still consider choosing Fairmont.

The location is convenient, next door is the largest modern department store: basically all trendy clothes and high end clothes are available. No need to buy elsewhere. The hotel service is very good, problems are handled quickly and follow up.

Good location and clean room comfy bed. Everything was quite good. Gym was not available for hotel guests but for private gym guests only with super loud music. That was a minus. Better let people know and take gym photo down from amenity list. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

I was very happy with the hotel till check out time. They insist that I overstayed and wants me to pay additional 11k won. I told them it's a miscommunication because room was not ready and we checked in very late, about 8+ pm. I requested to check out slightly later, 11am and counter staff noted. I was ready to check out at 10am but had the impression that I can check out slightly later. We check out immediately when they called us about 10.30am. It's a small amount but the staff could have been more polite to explain their policies.

The location of the apartment is convenient as it is situated near a convenience store and several restaurants. Additionally, it is only a 10-minute walk away from the subway station. The room is relatively spacious but appears to be cluttered and unclean. The sofa has stains on it which is not very pleasant. However, the sound insulation of the room is poor and I often hear noises from the elevator and other rooms during the night. The elevator itself is not very hygienic and has an unpleasant smell. Moreover, the breakfast choices are limited.

The hotel location is v convenient. You can take a bus straight to airport and from airport. There are many buses as well and the subway is a 2 min walk away. Nearby there's also grocery store and GS25. The place is also v clean and room is extremely spacious. Check out is also v convenient and fast. Will return again
