I booked this hotel specifically because the description mentioned Chinese-speaking staff. However, upon arrival, there was no one available who could speak Chinese to assist guests, which felt like false advertising. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent. It offers direct access to the subway station and is also very close to a major station nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

Impeccable service! Staff are very friendly and respectable.
Great location, Just above subway, only a station away from Seoul station and 3 stations away from Myeongdong (same line). Airport bus is 4mins walk.
Convenience store is just downstairs. Lots of restaurants. There’s small Olive Young within 4mins walk.
Room size is above my expectation. Design is great. View is perfect. I will surely stay here again next time.

The owner was very nice. We upgraded our room to the top floor, the 4th floor (unfortunately, there were stairs, but it wasn't a problem if we didn't have heavy luggage). The environment was comfortable, simple, and clean. The bathroom was a bit small, so you'd have to be prepared to take your clothes with you when showering. There's a washing machine, but don't use it while showering, as it affects the water pressure. Also, the washing machine drains onto the bathroom floor, affecting your bathroom and showering. Best of all, you can hang clothes out to dry; washing them at night would be completely dry the next morning. The bus stop is a minute away, and Seoul Station is a 5-minute walk.

The location is very close to Seoul Station, making it a good choice for a transit stay. The room is small but well-equipped, and the bed is quite comfortable. The air conditioning works very well. It’s a self check-in and check-out process. One thing to note is that walking from Seoul Station can be a bit tricky, with several uphill and downhill sections, so the actual walk takes about 10 minutes.

Transportation: Very close to Ewha Womans University subway station, the exit is about 50 meters from the hotel. Go up the slope and pass the pharmacy and turn the corner immediately (it is easy to miss, so please pay attention)
Environment: Overall clean and hygienic. Although the space is small, it is enough for a single person.
Facilities: There are shampoo and shower gel but no other disposable items. It is recommended to bring them or buy them elsewhere. There is a water dispenser at the door, which is very convenient.
The boss is quite enthusiastic but needs to be contacted by email (see the picture below). I gave a one-star bad review to Ctrip. When I checked in, there was only a garbled email address, so I could only ask the boss for the email address on site.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom private city suite with a floor to ceiling window with a view of the Seoul Tower. Very clean, modern and cozy space with a small living room area to put shopping and open up luggages. The actual bedrooms just fit a double bed, small wardrobe and vanity desk.
It’s located directly opposite the Lotte Outlet mall and Seoul station on a quieter street. Very convenient for the blue line and a 10 min walk to the green circle line. There are many small cafes, convenience stores downstairs and a famous Japanese Yuzu noodle restaurant next door.
It’s my second time staying at a UH suite property and there is a consistent standard of zen type decor, cleanliness and helpful front desk staff.

It is a sister and a grandmother-run bed and breakfast, very friendly. My friend and I went to the Korean exam and lived here. Grandma saw us studying hard and cooking for us. My sister gave us many biscuits. Some of the problems we encountered in Korea can be asked by WeChat, very friendly. If you have the opportunity to go to Korea again, you must still live here. Near the Seoul Station, next to the Seoul Tower, the traffic is very convenient.

It was very nice, the rooms were small but it had underfloor heating, even netflix on the TV. There is a basement cafe area where you can get free tea/coffee and make use of their kettle/fridge. The reception lady was very friendly.

GGuest UserAn economy choice for travelers with limited budget - the location of hotel is perfect that is located next to the Exit 10 of Seoul Metro Station. Even the single room is small and the bed is next to the bathroom/toilet, I have no further requirement by paying this price as I only need a room with a bathroom and sleep for a few hours.

HHyuna325I booked this hotel because it's close to Seoul Station!
There is no elevator, so I had to climb the stairs to get to my room on the third floor of a three-story building.
The air conditioner worked fine and there was no sewer smell.
Towels were provided in the room for my stay, and if you run out, you can ask the receptionist for more.
There were still plenty of other things left, like toothbrushes!
There was enough space to spread out my suitcase, and I'm very happy that it's so close to the station!

GGuest UserThe 10 AM check-in time caught me a bit off guard; I really should have double-checked. Nevertheless, I was waiting in what I presumed was the lobby, and perhaps sensing my plight, they kindly allowed me to check in a bit early. I was extremely grateful for their understanding.

GGuest UserIt’s right near Seoul station so traveling is quite easy. It’s a bit small but it has everything you need for a quick day or two stay. If you’re looking for something with wider space this isn’t the place for you! Overall a pretty decently priced hotel for what you get!

GGuest UserThe room was nice, and it was pretty good for a B&B. Because I had a late flight, I only used this hotel as a transfer in order to take a train to Busan the next day. It was very close to Seoul Station, but it was in a small road. I arrived at night, so I was a little skeptical and hesitant when following the navigation. But it was generally easy to find. When I arrived late at night, my name was written on the front desk screen, and I chose my own room key to check in. There was indeed no elevator, so if I had a lot of luggage, I had to carry it up and down by myself. I didn't have time to experience services such as breakfast and laundry. Overall, the experience was good, and I would choose this hotel again next time I transfer by train.

GGuest UserCtrip helped upgrade the room. It costs more than 1,300 RMB, which is roughly equivalent to the inferior Home Inn Express in China. The room facilities are all available. Hot water is also available. There are many kinds of matching toiletries, all of which are easy to use. The cleaning sister lent me a charging plug. Overall it's okay. Accommodation in South Korea is so expensive, beyond imagination.

MMary KathrynWe were able to locate the guest house easily using Naver Map. However, our first struggle was how to reach the destination itself.
The guesthouse is located in an uphill area, almost near Namsan Cable Car (600km/20min walk). A great tip we discovered (after struggling of walking uphill for 2 days 😂) was using the escalators/elevators near the Ihoeyeong Memorial Hall. Go straight from there and you’ll find a 7-Eleven convenience store upon crossing the street. Go left then right at the first wide alley way you see, it should be uphill. Keep on walking until you see a signage of mama guest house on your right side.
We booked a day before our arrival so we could immediately check-in in our rooms. A note welcomed us and our keys were found at the reception area. Pls don’t forget to remove your shoes and change into the slippers they provide found in the shoe cabinet at the left side of the entrance.
Our rooms were next to each other, but differ in size. Bathroom was okay, but I hope they’ll fix the sink’s pipe problem in room 104 since it leaks on the floor upon using. I suggest buying shower filters (5,000 Won) since the water in SK is quite harsh. I suggest to test how you’ll adjust the temperature when showering. There were no bidets in our bathrooms.
Always bring your keycard with you whenever you go out. They don’t go into your rooms like hotels would. If you have any requests, just leave a note on their desk (ie. New towels, tissue, etc.) They also don’t have laundry machines. Do not eat inside the rooms, only in the kitchen which is in the basement.
If you feel like your trash bins are getting full, trash bins are found in the lobby and segregate everything according to their waste category. Just think of it as you’re staying on your own room.
Walls are thin, made of light wood materials so I wouldn’t suggest talking nor listening to your phone loudly.
Breakfast menu were cereals with milk, bread and flavored jam, and instant noodles. You can only consume what’s inside the fridge unless there’s a note that a room guest owns it. You can cook and buy your own food, just make sure you clean up after. You can also fill-up your water bottles here.
Going to different areas are easy too since it’s near Myeongdong Station exit 1. If you’re planning to go shopping in Myeongdong, just go straight after exit 1 and you should see E-Mart across the street then cross on the first crosswalk you see. If you want to enter the “main” street, go left until you see the bug HBAF building.
Overall, I think our stay was a good since the staff we get see was very accommodating to our requests. I just hope they’ll fix some of their bathroom leakage.
