The grand Walkerhill Seoul is clean and has many facilities, the pasty shop is wonderful. Moreover the view is fantastic being right next to the Han River. However the location may be a little out of the way and it can be difficult to get cabs or call Uber. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and no outlets next to the bed which very inconvenient.

The room was clean and spacious. The soundproofing was solid and I couldn't hear the hallways or other people's voices at all. I was happy that I could use the minibar for free. I used the restaurant once in the morning, and the view and food were good. It was a bit pricey but I was satisfied. I also used the bar on the 16th floor once, and although it was expensive, I was satisfied because the view and atmosphere were good. And the best part was the casino. I was able to make a little money on ***. It's outside the city center so it's a bit far from the airport, but there is a subway station nearby and there is a free shuttle bus to that station. There is also a bus to Incheon Airport, so I think it offsets that. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel and I plan to go again someday.

The room was very clean and it was conveniently located near downtown Seoul. You can also ride the casino bus for free, so it's a good deal if you use it to go into the city.

We reserved a room for my mom, who is a walker, to enjoy a day with her friends. She said she liked the view and that the room was spacious enough for three people to stay. However, the toilet next to the door didn't flush properly after she used it once, so the water overflowed. The staff cleaned it up right away, but there was no real apology. She said she used another toilet the whole time. Please inspect the toilet regularly.

The suite I stayed in on the first day was very spacious. It happened to be snowing outside the window, and the room was warm and nice. Because smoking is not allowed, I changed to a room with a balcony later. There is a hot spring downstairs, and the view is very good. You can see the whole bridge. In short, it is good. The best thing is that the hill behind is great for walking every day. I will still choose it next time I go.

It was comfortable and cozy. It seems like a perfect place for a family stay. ^^ I like that there are a lot of things to do nearby, like Forest Park and Theater of Light!

The room is small, and the check-in and check-out times are not friendly, but overall it is still up to standard. It is an old hotel. I have stayed here twice and went to the casino downstairs. The service was very good, much better than the ** casino. I will go there again if I have the chance.

I felt that the staff's service was a bit unfriendly, especially the valet parking, which only provided parking for me and did not provide any other services. Overall, there were not enough staff in the lobby, so it was difficult to find someone to ask for directions if I got lost.
