We had a fantastic stays for 3 nights at Aloft Myeongdong in the 1 King Savvy Room on a high floor. the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early and even extended my check-out by 2 hours without any additional charges or fuss, which we really really appreciate. made a huge difference overall experience for staying here. The room itself was very clean , very comfortable, and very well-maintained. I’m quite particular when it comes to hotels, but Aloft truly exceeded my expectations in terms for its value and strategic location. The bed was cozy, the amenities were thoughtful , the bathroom is clean , they provide all shampoos , conditioner , shower gel ready. toilet seats are all heated and overall it’s really accommodating for us. The location is absolutely spot on — just a short walk to all the main spots in Myeongdong, all the shopping streets , night market & lotte department store which is just right opposite , making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely coming back to Aloft Myeongdong again for my next visit in Seoul. Highly recommended! Very decent hotel & room, and location. Came in with great smile & greets from the staff. No issue in communicating in English with staff. Definitely will come back again at next visit.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. It does not provide tooth brush and tooth paste. Walk to nearest train station will take around 10 - 15 mins. Hotel is nearby to the shopping street.

Very good location, take the airport bus need around 1hour 15 mins to get to hotel however very convenient. Rooms is very clean.

The hotel has the most convenient location. We were able to check in as early as 9:30AM and the check out was very fast. The staff are very helpful and speak English well.

Repeat stay at this hotel. One of my fave hotel to stay in Myeongdong area. Walkable to the Main Street/area yet slightly in the quieter corner. Excellent service with small perks like a free gift for our stay during Christmas (free popcorn, coffee in the lobby, etc). Helpful staff, speaks English well.

It was our 3rd time staying at Aloft Myeongdong. We just love how convenient it is to all the underground shopping centres, department stores and variety of food choices available. Close to all the action but you a quiet stay right on the edge of Myeongdong. The staff are very attentive, and helpful. Rooms are as clean and tidy as always. We'll be staying again next time.

Perfect location and easy arrive from ICN airport. Hotel located at main street of Myeongdong and opposite is lotte department store. Breakfast buffet is included in my order and served from 7-10. Choice is enough and environment is clean and food is nice. This hotel is my favourite in Seoul

Excellent location. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and staff are very friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel on several past trips, but this visit was quite disappointing, especially for a room costing $330 per night. While I understand that some basic amenities like toothbrushes aren’t provided, the housekeeping service fell noticeably short. Daily cleaning often missed key areas – one day, the common corridor was overlooked (I find shoe marks on the floor), and the next, shower caps weren’t replenished. However, the most concerning issue was finding my sleeping pillow placed directly on top of my travel-checked luggage, which is clearly unsanitary. After this experience, I no longer feel confident paying this premium rate to stay here.
