Hotel Atrium Jongno Reviews

Location was great. Hotel was 5 minutes walk from kwangjang market. There were 7/11 and gs25 that opened late. Jongno 5 ga station was close to get to. Bus was easy to access. Hotel staff was very helpful. Only room needed maintenance and renovated.

Very happy with our stay at Hotel Atrium. It's a great location but mostly quiet from the street at night because it's far back from the pavement. Right next to the stream that goes through Seoul and some great markets. Nice shower, good housekeeping and very clean rooms.

Fantastic location is unbeatable, conveniently located to all major attractions. Hotel and nearby amenities are great. Book with confidence!

The hotel is ok. Don't expect too much from the room and the breakfast. It is ok in general.

The hotel is conveniently located near Insadong and Myeong-dong. The concierge staff are very helpful, though the breakfast options could be more diverse. Overall, an excellent experience!

Big and clean room. Toilet is of a good size. Many eateries with starbucks just next to the hotel. Many convenience stores around too.

Location quite alright as many buses around the area. Room was spacious for family of 4 adults. Starbucks and convenient store nearby. Toilet in room is big and my room comes with a bath tub and toilet seat comes with bidet. Will stay with them again if I am back in Seoul for vacation.

The room was cozy and nice. It had the view of Namsan Tower and because the room had windows at each end it was really nice to have both windows opened (when the air was fine) Even though the door seemed to be not closing perfectly everything else perfect.

Very nice accommodation. The management is very good in handling our issues and concerns. We will back there again soon.. Good location and very accessible to all the nice tourist spots.

The room was a little bit outdated. One of the light switches on the panel stopped working on the last night. On the bright side the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was continental and had different options, but there was rarely any fresh vegetables.

For a 3-Star Hotel was this expectable. The Position of the Hotel was Amazing. It was central to everything inside Seoul. Inside the shelves, it was dusty. My Pants were full of dust when we took them out again. The Shower is more a Bathroom (Toilet) with a Shower inside. To seperate the shower with the toilett, they just added a Glaswall. But the bottom part is free. So if you Shower, it may be that the room gets wet. Cant say much about the service, cuz we didnt really used the service so much. When it was rainy, they lended us umbrellas. The Buffee is in my Opinion okay. Since my mouth is used to eat turkish cuisine, i didnt like the Breakfast there. But for the typical western, that should be good enough.
