Very cute, clean place, with easy self check-in. Because of the warm floor, it was very warm in the apartment (maybe too warm). Location is very good, lots of restaurants and continent stores nearby. Also not too far from the metro. Highly recommend

This place slight not so convenient.Quite difficult to find this place . The uber will sent you to different place ,so you have to find your self where is the exact place . I kept mistaken which subway line to drop off , the exit very messy.not recommended for those person not good in map. However the room is very confortable. Even the room very small still can open 2 big luggage. Once you open 2big luggage,very difficult to move. Overall the process is okay. But I don’t think will stay again here .

This place is in between Jongno 3-ga and Anguk station. So is relatively close to everywhere. The convenient stores are nearby too. It is also nice that the hotel has 3 pin plug. Definitely will come stay again.

It was a great stay at Urbanstay Ikseondong. The place is clean and easy to access. Not too far from the station. And it's surrounded by good food and cafes from the Ikseondong neighborhood. Overall, 9/10. Would gladly stay there again.

When we arrived, bed was not clean. They apologised and cleaned it immediately. Location is great. A lot of places to see around hotel. Feels like your own mini appartment. Would come again in the future.

The hotel was a self check-in one. The instructions were clear and easy. Thank god for luggage storage. My friend and I were absolutely in love with this room. It felt like a typical NYC room. The room was clean and the toiletries were great. The hair dryer was of good quality as well. It was spacious for 2 people and our luggage. They also have kettle and fridge. The location was great. The hotel is in a quiet and chill location. However, the restaurants and bars were at walking distance and that was very convenient. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK.

The room was lovely, clean and bright. The small kitchen and washing machine was a great addition. The hotel is a short walk away from historical places, cafes, restaurants and the metro station. My only problems would be the bed was too soft, the check in time of 4 pm is too late and the door code for downstairs was different from the email I was sent.

Didn’t receive the check-in email so was stuck out for a moment as this is self check-in like how you would with AirBnB. But am thankful that the staff onsite was prompt to response and the matter was resolved swiftly.

The pros: cute hipster neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, the room felt clean and had a laundry machine which was amazing (and mini kitchen). The only con is that there is no front desk or concierge as everything is self service, and you have to ensure you receive a code before you can access your room.
