Seoul Hotels with Gym

Lovely modern hotel, cosy and comfortable room, nicely decorated with coffee maker. Excellent location, couple of minutes from metro, and one stop from Seoul station. There’s a convenient store in the hotel where I purchased my SIM card. Plus a nice restaurant. Big thank to Kyle from concierge who helped to book my facial at a local salon. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Gym was small, but ok, pool area was nice. 10 minutes walk from the main shopping district. Recommend this hotel.

The hotel service didn’t feel like a four-star experience at all. Sorry 🙁 The amenities were quite limited—no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Drinking water was available near the lift through a water dispenser/filter. My room faced another building, so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time to maintain privacy. However, it did offer a view of Namsan Tower, which was a nice touch. They mentioned that we would be charged if there was a stain on the bedsheet, but when we checked in, there were already stains on both the bedsheet and the curtain. I had to take pictures and videos as proof to show that these stains were there before we arrived and weren’t caused by us. It was quite frustrating. In terms of location, it’s a bit far from Myeongdong, about a 20-minute walk. However, there’s a bus stop just a minute away, which makes traveling to Myeongdong more convenient. The airport pickup point right in front of the hotel was another plus.

The location is good. Near myeongdong station. Time to time, there Are people people riot peacefully because they stated that they we layoff to cut cost. The rooms are cheap but it is good if is winter. If it is summer, I thought think I would like it. It's Aircon looks very old. We open window to have cold air instead. Old holiday

Hotel room style are old. Completed with smart TV, bottle water need to buy, only supply two 500ml. Understandable on recycle gimmick for not to supply one time use goodies, but tooth brush and toothpaste is basic item also not supply, make me buy from the CU next to the hotel. Service from the counter is nice, allow to keep bags pre and post check in and out. Location is perfectly convenient, protestations location too. Haha.. buy the way , double layer window, another fridge in winter.

Great location, convenient to get things around, there’s food and bar street right behind the hotel. There are a few cafe nearby too if you’re a coffee lover like me, you don’t have to worry at all. Bus station and subway are both walking distance as well, definitely a good choice to stay 💕

Overall, the location was great with many local food shops around and a short walking distance to the myeongdong shopping district. However, the cleanliness was a little sub-par when the sheets remained unchanged even after I placed the request for change card onto the bed. There are also no toothbrush and toothpaste although there is a convenience store where you can buy such amenities.

Location is perfect. Staff at concierge is great, speaks English and helpful. That’s about it. For a hotel charging 5* pricing, the quality of the service and management of hotel can be improved in many areas. For me, the hotel did not respond to any of the emails before my stay causing some level of uncertainty for me. Information during check in was unclear and caused misunderstanding. Pool is closed for cleaning from 6-7pm. Why during prime hour?! Staff chased people out of the shower room at 6pm sharp, not allowing to take a quick shower. It’s totally off putting. Hotel room is spacious but dated. Oh pls bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Not sure if it’s country’s policy or the hotel’s policy but again, am surprised by the lack of it in Westin. By now, I’m really regretting staying here.

My stay here is comfortable and quiet. Room has no view. Behind the hotel there are many restaurants open at night. Cross 2 roads infront of hotel is the airport bus stop. It’s convenient to take the airport limousine bus to airport. No need make reservation, just go up and tap the card. Took about an hour to reach airport T2.
