Decent Stay but Poor Parking Design The biggest downside of this hotel is the parking situation—it’s horrendously designed. Cars are allowed to park in the exit lane, meaning there’s only one narrow way to enter and exit, which makes maneuvering a nightmare. On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, but that also means some compromises. The room provides only a kettle and cup, with no coffee, spoon, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. However, the shower is clean, and there’s a hairdryer available, which is a plus. The view is okay, nothing spectacular, and while the room has a heater, there’s no floor heating, so it might get chilly. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook the parking frustrations and minimal amenities, it’s an okay choice.

Hôtel Bridge was a great location for Seogwipo as it it close to the sea and cluster of eateries and shops. The hotel is clean but the amenities is scarce for instance; toothpaste and toothbrush you must buy at the vending machine. No body lotion, cotton buds or bathrobe are available in the room. The concierge and attendants in the lobby are pleasant and helpful. I wanted to stay here because I saw the jacuzzi on the top floor, however it is an extra payment and scheduling when to use the jacuzzi. The view from the rooftop is stunning. One must visit and check the sunrise.

The check-in process was quick and the friendly staff provided clear explanations of the services. The only downside was that the parking lot was tight and crowded. The rooftop can see sunrises.

The hotel is located close to the port. Our balcony had an amazing view overlooking that port. The hotel is located in a super quite neighborhood, but at the same time it's easy to find cafes and restaurants to eat out. 7/11 shop with atm in in just around the corner. Can't say anything about jacuzzi, because they were not working at the moment we visited.

Good for the price

Room had a nice view and was really clean. Drove over from Jeju airport and upon realising that there wasn’t any parking spaces left, a member of staff was kind enough to direct me to another empty space on the premises. The food options nearby are great too and is walking distance away from the market.

Evrything is fine except theres noises from balcony like water running. Nice location short walk to Olle market

Great view of the port and the sea. Definitely a must visit for affordable pricing at a great location. Plenty of food places and restaurants around. Would be great if they offered room service laundry. Would be even better with a free entrance to the jacuzzi and pool.

Unpleasant stay in this hotel because airconditioning in the room can't be turned on because it is controlled centrally and it was switched off because the reception staff said that the weather was cold and guests don't need airconditioning and can just open the window. Inside the room the temperature was 26.2 degrees Celcius (warm and humid) and they said the weather was cold. We were sweating sleeping at night and couldn't sleep properly because the room was warm and humid. I spoke to the reception staff and there was no offer of delivering a fan to our room at all. The guy just kept repeating that the weather was winter and cold and I kept repeating to him that the room was hot. So after few times repeating the same thing and there was no solution, I didn't want to waste my time talking to the unhelpful reception guy and I just hang up the phone. The hotel has misleading and false information that the room has airconditioning. It should inform guests that rooms do not have control of airconditioning and controlled by the hotel. November is considered winter and cold so no airconditioning will be turned on. The hotel claimed 4 star rating and it is not true due to the disfunctioning airconditioning in the room. No way I will go back to this hotel again as there are many other hotels which have working airconditioning in the rooms no matter what the weather is and also after the bad experience with the hotel's staff attitude.

The hotel has great sea view on the islands, the port and bridge. It's in close to everything in the city (waterfalls, cirymarket, port...) The quality of services is very good

Hotel Bridge Seogwipo was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. While the breakfast buffet could be improved, overall, it was a great choice for our Jeju trip.

It was very good, given the reasonable price. The front desk staff were all very smiley.
