This hotel is located a short walk from Sendai station, through Parco 2 and down Sendai morning market Street. There were so many food options close by we never had to go far for a delicious feed. The hotel itself has self check in machines that have an English option. They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

Consider this a last resort hotel when bookings aren’t available elsewhere. Service was poor by Japanese standards. Rooms were run down and in dire need of renovations, it smelled a lot of cigarettes, especially if you opened the window. Walls were thin and it was difficult to sleep with noisy neighbours and firm uncomfortable bedding. A breakfast service is available but I don’t recommend this, the food available is limited and lacks the usual continental options or local specialties typical for Japanese hotels. I communicated with staff almost entirely in Japanese and I’m not sure they are able to accommodate foreign tourists who cannot. For these reasons I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Japan from abroad.

This is a new building hotel that opened in March 2020 on the east exit side of Sendai Station. Since the hotel is basically a private stay, if you have a beautiful futon, bath and toilet, and amenities such as beautiful towels and hair dryers, the front desk is simple and smooth for parents. Service staff at the check in counter are friendly and nice although English proficiency level is not high.

Welcome coffee and morning coffee are free. Both are paper cups so you can take them to your room. Breakfast can be eaten for 500 yen. Pajamas are the style you bring yourself from the first floor.
