Very clean and tidy. The touch-less check in service is convenient. The lockers for luggage storing are very thoughtful.

The hotel is located at the city center with metro and bus stops nearby. It is connected to JR Sendai Train Station with a busy shopping arcade which takes 15 minutes walk. There are convineance stores and supermarkets along the way. All kinds of eateries can be found in the catchment area. It offers self check in and outs. Coin operated washing machines are provided on site. Though the space and amenities provided were average, it's cleanliness was quite good.

Honestly it’s a bit far from the JR Sendai station ! Otherwise it’s a good location with all the eats and beautiful parks . I love thé TV comes with YouTube access!

The hotel is in a great location, with a shopping street just outside. Go left and walk straight along the shopping street to Tohoku University, which has a beautiful environment. The shadow of Mr. Lu Xun is everywhere, with a statue of Lu Xun and a lecture hall, as well as rich historical materials. The room is compactly arranged, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and has a smart toilet. There is even a clothes dryer in the room. It is not far from Sendai Station and can be reached by foot. Sendai Castle is nearby.

The documents needed to be printed and scanned, and it was the time for centralized check-out, but the front desk staff still completed it quickly. No charge. Compared to other hotels, this is a clean and quiet hotel. There is no inconvenience at all even if you stay alone. The location is in a busy area, so there are many good restaurants.

Four of us booked four rooms. We thought we would only have to check in once, but we ended up having to do it four times, which took a long time. The person checking in next to us had the same problem, so it would be easier to use if they could improve that. The rooms were clean and the beds were just the right firmness, so they were very comfortable to sleep in. The location was also great, so it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!
