Great Stay with Warm Service – Just Wished for Better Info at Check-In Thank you, Best Western Kamala, for a comfortable one-night stay. I was very happy with my room on the 5th floor it was in a non-smoking area, just as I requested and the atmosphere was peaceful and clean. A special thanks to Lara Ari from the reservations team, who arranged my airport pick-up. She responded promptly via email, and the driver patiently waited even though my flight was delayed. I really appreciated that extra care after a long journey. However, I feel the check-in process could be improved, especially for guests arriving late. I wasn’t informed that room service ends at 10:00 PM, and there was no mention of this in the room or online. I only found out when I tried to place an order and he was told the restaurant had already closed. As someone who enjoys spa treatments, I was also disappointed to only learn about the hotel’s spa promotions during lunch at check-out, when a therapist offered me the service. Had I known earlier, I would have made time for it but by then, my airport driver had already arrived. That said, I had a great experience with the friendly restaurant staff, and Mr. Yono from housekeeping gave me such a warm welcome that I felt right at home as a local guest. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, definitely worth it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with lovely staff. With just a bit more information provided at check-in, the guest experience could be even better. Thank you again!

Clean hotel. Great breakfast. Pool is nice and can do some work there. Area could be better. Wifi cuts off in some areas.

The location is near Kuta beach and Beachwalk center, it’s very convenient. And the room has little bit smell. But the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything.

This hotel was one of the good ones I’ve stayed when i was in bali. It’s clean,big,friendly and helpful staff,have pool,good food almost everything. there’s a local place right infront of the hotel called stop makan yuk! It’s really very nice and a bit far away from other areas but it’s close to garuda park.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and well-maintained by the cleaning crew. The housekeeping was the best aspect of this hotel as they were on top of maintaining top notch cleanliness in the rooms. The bathrooms of this hotel were big enough and toilets were sturdy. AC worked well and kept the room cool. The pool was nice and had a special area for small children which was great. The cable package was also good with plenty of western channels. The only drawback was the location. The hotel is very near to GWK park but other than that it is not walking distance from much. The hotel is centrally located BUT you will likely have to take Gojek/ Grab to go anywhere you want. Not much but a few convenience stores and small restaurants was easily walkable. Oh the food here is truly subpar and not worth the money at all. Overall, the hotel is pretty good for the price tag.

Beautiful hotel, love the interior and the cleanliness

Not a best choice for holiday in my opinion. The location is in mainroad, traffice stuck from the traffic light near by. If you're looking for low price in ulu, that's for you. Cleaniless is ok, you get what you paid. What scary the most is the dark walk way to the room, be ready to walk through the darkness of the room.
