Koyo Grand Hotel Reviews

Nice hotel. Little bit old but no problem to stay for a sleep. Good location.

I stayed here during the Sendai Oktoberfest. This hotel is familiar to JOJO fans. The interior is more old-fashioned than classical, and there were some interesting things like stuffed heads and sculptures, as well as a shoe shine machine that you no longer see these days. Unlike hotels that prioritize convenience, this hotel makes occasional fun even more enjoyable. Perfect for walking window shopping, such as walking from Jozenji Street to the Sendai Station area or Nishi Park. The hospitality is not bad either. There are several good hotels around Sendai Station, but I recommend this one for its interior (lol)

In this day and age, it's unthinkable that they would take a copy of a foreigner's ID. (They did not copy the IDs of Japanese people checking in at the same time.) If they are that suspicious (if there is a risk) it would be better not to accept the guest. I travel for business more than 20 times a year, but Koyo Grand is the first time that my ID has been copied at check-in. I have mixed feelings about this, wondering if it's the limits of Japan as a country or Koyo Grand's policy.

The building is old, but the location and service were very good. The hotel has a classic and comfortable atmosphere.

建物はジャンゼリアなど、ゴージャスさがありオートロックでもなく、昔のホテルでしたが、清潔で問題ありませんでした ただ翌朝、洗面所の電気が突然切れました、、、。 朝食は和食か洋食を選択する形でしたが、とても美味しく満足しました！

講演会での利用でした。その後の懇親会のコース料理もとっても美味しくて大満足です。 ただ、歴史のあるホテルの為か全体的に薄暗い印象で、ロビーなどの調度品も相まって少し重く感じました。

靠街的房間有點吵，攜程的服務還是不錯的，我反映房間有點吵，客服就積極幫我協調，半夜了還在聯繫酒店換房。

落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったり出来ました、 駐車場完備で安心して車を止める事が出来ました。

繁華街に近くよかったです。部屋も広く、清潔に保たれていました。風呂もトイレも気持ちよく使用できました。

各方面都很好！環境也很優雅，房間以鑰匙的形式，很奇特很喜歡。

フロント、レストランともにスタッフの対応は良かったです。朝食も特徴があり、美味しかったです。一点、浴室の天井に髪の毛があったのが残念でした。

是有點年代的老房子，房間寬敞整潔，本來衹是為了打卡承太郎住過的酒店，但住下來整體都非常舒適，和式早餐份量很足。如果有機會再去仙台還會住這兒。

中心部に有るホテルで地下鉄の駅も近くにあり非常に便利でした。

古き良き時代の高級ホテルの印象。 効率重視のホテルが増える中で貴重な存在と思うので、 若い人にも味わってもらいたい。私は好きです。 サービス対応もしっかりしてますが、 ルームキーがオートロックでなく、開ける側に回しきったまま押さないとドアが開けられないことがわからず、部屋の前で困っている方がいらっしゃいました。 例えば、古いタイプのホテルの利用のコツをうまく案内できると人気になるのては？と思いました。 （正直、室内の設備、館内案内は淡白に感じました）
