It’s an up scale hotel which located next to outlet mall and shopping mall. However, if travel by train might not be convenient but I heard hotel has shuttle bus service from Sendai train station. The room and bathroom are bigger than usual Japanese hotels.

The hotel is very near to the outlet mall. The mall has many shops and drugstore and almost every things you need. The breakfast is great 👍 with many varieties. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended

Nice hotel right beside shopping outlet, room is big and comfortable. Great if you are driving with free parking.

Very good hotel

It would be my most pleasant day in these years. Sendai is a comfortable place to stay with nice people.

Very bad experience cuz we couldn’t cancel the hotel stay due to the inconvenience of location 40 min away from JR station with the shuttle bus coming very infrequently. We told them in advance we couldn’t make it but there was no room for negotiation and refund. I shall never boo to stay there again.

This is a European style hotel has a free shuttle service from Sendai railway station; the facilities are limited but the surrounding view excellent it’s next to a premium outlet which you can do your shopping and they have a variety of restaurants as well.

The hotel is very quiet and the service staff is very patient and friendly. If you come to shop, it is very suitable to stay here. The hotel also has many dining options, including Chinese food, Western food, teppanyaki, etc. There are also many restaurants and desserts in the mall, which is a perfect holiday choice.

The hotel environment exceeded expectations. The room was very large. It was really luxurious compared to other hotels in Japan! The outlet mall opposite was also very nice to visit, the garden was nice for taking photos, and the breakfast was delicious! I will go there again if I go to Sendai next time.
