Abit inaccessible for older people. There is no lift. Have to carry your heavy luggages up the stairs. The room has basic necessities. Clean. Our room toilet tiles are not fixed properly. Have to wear slippers to ensure that we dont hurt ourselves. Good to wash and hang our clothes outside to dry. But have to ensure that u dont lose it. Its a shared open space.

A room that does for the trip. Can't ask more for that price. Location is right in the middle of Semporna, so next to the bus station and 5' walking distance from the pier. Many restaurants around. Breakfast is simple, beds and amenities are alright.

Nice location

The location is in the center, everything is nearby. Quite clean. With registration, service without problems. But the room was without windows, very small, with a terrible smell of mold that did not disappear overnight. Hard beds, no interior, a window into the corridor where the light was on all night. Reminds me of a free hospital in remote regions. We slept very poorly. Breakfast is symbolic: noodles, eggs and tea, coffee. The next day we moved to a real comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and significantly cheaper.

The room is small, the hygiene is poor, there is water on the floor when taking a shower, the breakfast is simple, sometimes there is almost nothing to eat, it is really uncomfortable to live here.

It was difficult to carry luggage without an elevator. I wanted to check out and change hotels after staying for one day, but was refused. The room was small and dark, full of moldy smell, and the bedding had many stains.

Young people who are not squeamish can stay here, but it is not recommended for the elderly and those with children, as it is inconvenient to climb the stairs. The room is spacious. It is my first time staying in a homestay, and I am not used to the room not being cleaned every day. The air conditioning is not very effective, the network is not good, and the front desk is very polite. The navigation shows that it is 15 minutes' walk from Haifeng Wharf, 1.1 kilometers.

There is a shortage of rooms in Sipadan Hotel and I cannot stay there continuously, so I stayed in this one for three days. The waiters were very polite and the breakfast was filling. However, the room was really bad and there was not even a TV. It was really not worth more than 300 yuan. What can I do? It remains to be seen whether I can come to Semporna in the future.

The room is rather cramped, the facilities are relatively simple, and it is quite clean. The water heater is a Midea electric water heater, which is not too hot even when it is turned to the maximum, and it is enough for taking a shower.

The hotel is close to the fishing port and has a good location. However, there is no elevator, so it is inconvenient to carry large luggage by yourself.

Semporna is a small town, so this store has a small entrance and is relatively close to the pier. If you have a lot of luggage, the boss is very enthusiastic to help you unpack it upstairs. The breakfast tastes good, especially the toast with butter and sauce is very delicious!
