We are three people, and we booked a triple room. The room is large, with two beds, and the room is very warm and clean. There is also a Chinese housekeeper, and the Chinese communication is completely ok. Every morning, there is a special driver to take us to the pier, and pick us up in the afternoon. When we go to town at night, a driver will also be arranged to pick us up. It is not far from the town, and it only takes more than ten minutes to drive there. After we checked out on the last day, we left our luggage at the homestay, but the housekeeper still arranged a driver to pick us up at the homestay to pick up our luggage, and then take us to town. It was really nice, and I highly recommend itđ

Kapalai has amazing view and the white sand with crystal clear water is just very attractive. The rooms is nice but can be better in sealing the gap or holes to contain aircond in room. I feel like we are wasting the energy. The bed room is very big but there ar many empty space which can do better interior design to make it looks more luxury and home feeling. The check in process is quite slow and the information is not fully given or accurate. I remember the guy who brief us name Izzam, he did asked our flight time and departure time from the hotel back to Sempurna. And he even told us that our departure time should be 11.30am since our flight is 16.10pm. But the next day when we approach the reception to double check again. The receptionist told us that day was only 1.30pm departure. No one told them 11.30pm has any departure. And then we tried to tell them all details and some hassle happend. Fortunately they manage to arrange boat for us to depart on 11.30pm. If not we are going to missed our flight. So, to all who wanted to stay in Kapalai pls double check with the reception for ur departure time. Other than this small incident the trip was fun... Will be back again.

There are several fruit trees in the garden of the B&B with branches covered with branches, emitting bursts of fragrance. The boss told me that this place is called âthreshingâ! I am very satisfied with the room. I would never have guessed that there is such a modern accommodation in Semporna town.
Breakfast is not bad! There are fried noodles with eggs, chicken sausages, and we also bought seafood for processing at noon. It tastes good!
Finally no need to wait for an hour at the pier restaurant!
It's quite comfortable here and the boss is nice!

This is the second time I have come to Semporna. This time I brought a family of young and old to stay in this newly opened homestay. The house is simple and clean, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The backyard also has a washing machine so that we can wash the clothes... Great! The homestay is located in the town within a 5-minute walk and there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc... but the caring boss also provides a fixed shuttle bus to the dock area to avoid rushing in the morning! Because there are fewer tourists at the time of arrival, seafood is much cheaper than in peak season, so we cook by ourselves every day in the hotel. Semporna's fresh seafood paired with hometown taste really feels like home abroad!

3 bedrooms are available, 4 double beds and 1 single bed; can accommodate 7 people, the air conditioner and water heater are normal, the front desk will give you the air conditioner when you check in (deposit 100), and it will be refunded when you check out. Downstairs is the restaurant, and there are resident singers at night (until around 11 p.m.), which is a bit noisy. The microwave, oven, and water dispenser in the room can be used; the Gree air conditioner is very powerful? Will not feel hot. Yantai is very big, you can directly see the scenery downstairs, don't smoke in the room, you can smoke in Yantai. Fat Ma's seafood is so-so. It takes a few minutes to walk to Nanhai Fishing Village, where the price is very high. There will be a queue at mealtime. Note: the door of the hotel apartment is on the right side of Zhan Quanji by the sea. There are a bunch of children at the door who will help you carry things and ask for tips. Unless you really canât carry them, donât give a penny, because there will be a bunch of people around. In addition, the possibility of late check-out is not high.

It was my first time to experience a water house. The slide went directly into the sea. It was very interesting.
Service: The hotel's arrangements are in place and they can help you solve any problems you have. We booked a charter boat for snorkeling for two people. The instructor is also very professional and will dive to the bottom of the sea to help you catch the fish from the bottom of the sea.
Facilities: As soon as I entered the room, I couldn't wait to experience the slide. At first, I was worried that I would sink into the sea if I slid down. There are life jackets at the front desk, so there is no need to worry.
Free dinner: The dishes are very rich, the chicken is very tender, the crabs are also very fresh, there is crab roe in it, you canât get enough of the shrimps

GGuest UserI am really satisfied with this stay. I couldn't book other water houses. I saw that their ratings were quite high on Ctrip. After a long struggle, I finally decided to stay here. We stayed for three nights. The price on Ctrip included three meals a day. I was very satisfied with the meal. It was no different from ordering food in a restaurant. We are from Changsha. Sometimes we want a heavier taste, and the boss will make it for us according to our wishes. If we want to drink milk tea, the housekeeper will buy it for us. If we want to eat durian, the boss lady will buy it for us. This service attitude is really great. I will definitely come again next time! Very suitable for vacation

**Environment:**
The resort is so amazing that I wish I could keep it a secret rather than share it with you. Located in the middle of the sea, with no other structures around, you can easily enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and the starry sky every day. During the daytime, you can participate in various water sports, and if you're lucky, you might spot a sea turtle at night.
**Food:**
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included when you book the hotel, so thereâs no need to worry about meals. The resort offers seafood and local cuisine daily. Please note: Visitors should bring their own snacks and drinks before boarding the resort, as it only provides water, coffee, and tea.
**Facilities & Service:**
All the staff here will treat you kindly, even if there might be a language barrier (English is spoken here!). If you're afraid of swimming, the staff will accompany you while you're in the sea (life jackets are provided in each room). Each room also has a balcony with a lounge chair where you can relax, grab a beer, and do nothing but enjoy the soothing sea breeze.
You may not want to stay in the middle of nowhere like I did to escape from modern civilization, but I truly recommend staying at the resort for at least 2 nights. You'll definitely feel completely recharged!
Finally, I want to say that the view is so astonishing that I can hardly describe it with my limited English. You must visit this place yourself.

JJi ChengOverall I enjoyed our stay in sky water villa. When I was booking I read the reviews also worried that they are a bit old, so that the houses might not be well maintained. But during my stay I feel like the houses are used but still in okay manner. The best thing for this hotel is that I think they have the best house reef, and you can see turtles at night from your balcany. I went snorkling a few times during my stay I saw quite a few clown fish aka nemo and many fishes and even a sea eel one day. They also provide âgalssâ kayak which you can watch sunset on it. And the best thing they offer is that the tours you book with the villa starts around 10 am, you can just get ready and wait in your room, and when the boat is here the staff will get you from your room, and youâll finish the tour around 3-4 pm which is the afternoon tea time at the villa. Instead of in the town area you need wake up early and meet and wait at the jetty around 8:15 am . And power supply is stable just may be ocassion blackout but it would turn back on very soon. However I do think they need to clean their air con as the one in our room seems very dusty, we had to clean the filter ourselves, they were very dusty. And during the afternoon coz our villa faces the sunset direction the air con feels a bit not strong enough. And the aircon outer unit is installed right at the roomâs wall so itâs a little bit noisy, Iâd suggest why not just use a more powerful window unit instead. The food is so so, but itâs difficult to cater everyoneâs preference for food. The hotel is not cheap and maybe not very cost effective compare to hotels in other places, but to be fair i think if you want to go to semporna, this might be a reasonable option as overall semporna and malaysia is very expensive for tourists. And i higly recommend to stay at least 2-3 nights instead of 1 night to fully enjoy and relax yourself.

It is about 800 meters away from the lively area of ââthe town and far away from convenience stores, laundries and restaurants, which is very inconvenient. Most dive shops are at the pier, about 1.2km away. It's not very far to walk there, but there are no sidewalks on the road and there are a lot of cars, so you have to walk in the mud next to the road, which makes it very dirty. There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the road.
The store has a car delivered to the pier every day, but the time and location are fixed. The dive shop I chose is not at the pier, so I didn't use it. I have seen several other hotels with similar prices before, some of which are more conveniently located and have in-room toilets.
The bathroom and toilet are shared and it is not convenient to go to the toilet at night. The toilet is quite dirty. The dirt on the toilet seat is so serious that it cannot be wiped off with paper towels. At the same time, there are many mosquitoes when going to the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is also very low, and there is no cold water if there are other people taking a shower nearby.
There is only one bed in the room and no other facilities. The hygiene situation is okay and the bed is relatively clean. There is a small balcony, but the balcony door is broken and cannot be opened. The only thing worth mentioning is that the bed is very comfortable, it seems to be a latex mattress.
In addition, my room was close to the outside and the window faced the road. People passing by the bus can see directly inside, and the noise is very loud. Every night I wear noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep.

GGuest UserBooked this Inn2 because I couldnât see any commitments on Sipadan Inn 3 or 1. It was okay for overnight. The first time I stayed there, it was a normal small room with window facing the street. However, when I checked in again a week later I got a room in the middle without window, even though I booked the same queen room. The location is not great, Inn 3 and 1 are at better spots in the small seafront town, easier to reach than Inn 2. Among the three, Inn 3 is the newest and, after a visit, I noticed it has better rooms with better facilities. Had WiFi in room at Inn 2, the bed was very basic and sheets not crispy clean, the shower was okay as well as the air conditioning. Semporna is a tiny town with most places within walking distance, though the narrow, car-lined streets are not that clean or tidy to walk through, especially if you carry luggage. From what I heard from other travelers, very basic facilities wherever you stay, so lower your expectations then probably all good.
