We are three people, and we booked a triple room. The room is large, with two beds, and the room is very warm and clean. There is also a Chinese housekeeper, and the Chinese communication is completely ok. Every morning, there is a special driver to take us to the pier, and pick us up in the afternoon. When we go to town at night, a driver will also be arranged to pick us up. It is not far from the town, and it only takes more than ten minutes to drive there. After we checked out on the last day, we left our luggage at the homestay, but the housekeeper still arranged a driver to pick us up at the homestay to pick up our luggage, and then take us to town. The scenery is really beautiful. Everywhere on the island can be photographed easily. It is an island worth visiting if you are lucky enough to have it. There are troops on the island and it is very safe. I hope I can take my family there again next time.

There are several fruit trees in the garden of the B&B with branches covered with branches, emitting bursts of fragrance. The boss told me that this place is called âthreshingâ! I am very satisfied with the room. I would never have guessed that there is such a modern accommodation in Semporna town.
Breakfast is not bad! There are fried noodles with eggs, chicken sausages, and we also bought seafood for processing at noon. It tastes good!
Finally no need to wait for an hour at the pier restaurant!
It's quite comfortable here and the boss is nice!

Before I checked in, I compared it with a few net red island accommodations in Semporna. Xinjia Motor is not an island, but a water house that is only 10 minutes away from the town because we always wanted to be on an island with land. Accommodation. And we have compared the prices. The ocean view room we live in has double ocean views, and the facilities are better than the new ones. The price includes the round-trip boat fee. It costs one hour to sail one way, three meals a day, and the restaurant regularly does BBQ every week. He sailed three times a day and went to sea to Kapalai. It is really cost-effective to see sea turtles on snorkeling.
After arriving at the store, the workers will take the initiative to go to the dock to help us with our luggage. We do nât need to do it by ourselves. After going to the front desk, the workers will also help us to pull our luggage to the room. . In addition to going to the sea every day, there are also water slides and motor boats in the store for guests to entertain. The slide is free throughout the day and the motorboat is MYR 120 for 10 minutes.
The only thing that is a bit inadequate is that the platform is piled with building materials, and there are four new sea-view water houses next to it. It's gone.
Go out to sea to experience deep and snorkeling. The diving suit provided to the girls by the deep dive is super beautiful, and all we shoot are blockbuster feelings. You can see the shipwreck. Turtle, big grouper, school of fish storm. Already scheduled to take another dive certificate next time.

It takes an hour by boat from the Dragon Inn Pier in Semporna to get to Mabul Island. The hotel you booked includes a round-trip ticket. You can get on the boat to this homestay by registering at Dragon Inn R2.
This is a private homestay on Mabul Island. The cost-effectiveness is relatively high. One room can accommodate three adults. It is suitable for families with children. It is much more affordable than the Mabul Island Resort Hotel next to it.
There are simple meals for breakfast and some free lunch at noon. We buy fresh seafood from the Bajau people on the sea every day and let the kitchen of the homestay process it. The seafood is super cheap and fresh. The processing fee is 15-20 Malaysian ringgit. It's still good. It's also good to use the money saved from staying in the resort to buy more seafood.
If you want to go to the Mabul Island Resort next to it, you can enter for 50 Malaysian ringgits per person. It's right next door. It's quite comfortable to check in, take pictures, and swim.
It's a good trip to save money with children.

BBeng HockThe staff are always smiling, friendly, warm and courteous. They fulfilled our desire to do snorkeling twice in the morning and the night during our 2 day one-night stay. The host Joanne even showed us how the indigenous tribe that lives there and their way of living in stilt houses by shallow were amazing. Children as young as 7 years old have started to paddle a boat which they have handmade and repaired as well. The interior is fantastic with a bright yellow couch and a breezy balcony that is perfect for lazing around. The water is crystal clear and at night, it lights up into a lovely fairyland. The karaoke music is fun. They cooked live seafood and we loved it! The food is tasty and plentiful.
For $570, we stay in a beautiful water house, go snorkeling twice, free airport pick, free ferry to Larapan village and back to Tauwa Jetty, free meals from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea time is worth it. Plus the bonus of taking photos on a glass boat was a remarkable memory
PLEASE TAKE NOTE FERRY BOARDING AT KJETTY TO LARAPAN is 2pm , so please book a flight to make it for the transport to go to the ferry from airport that takes an hour.

GGuest UserStaying here was a truly memorable experience. The resort is set in a serene location with a picturesque lake where you can fish and even take a boat ride around. The unique touch of being able to bring your catch to the kitchen and have the chef cook it up for dinner was a real highlight. You can also buy fresh seafood from the local market and ask the chef to prepare it however you like for a very reasonable fee. The food, prepared by the owner and chef who hail from Guangdong, was the best Iâve tasted in Semporna. Each dish was bursting with flavor, showcasing authentic Chinese cuisine at its finest.
The resort is about 15 minutes from Semporna town, but they offer a free shuttle service to and from the town, which makes it incredibly convenient for guests.
At night, thereâs outdoor karaoke under the stars, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the resort had a homely vibe, with the owner and staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The resort itself is new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home the entire time. The peaceful surroundings, combined with excellent service and food, made this a perfect getaway.
To note that the staff mainly communicates in Mandarin, so knowing a bit of the language would be helpful.
I stayed here for a night after a 5 day dive trip and this was the perfect place to unwind and relax. I loved my stay so much that I canât wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Semporna!

**Environment:**
The resort is so amazing that I wish I could keep it a secret rather than share it with you. Located in the middle of the sea, with no other structures around, you can easily enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and the starry sky every day. During the daytime, you can participate in various water sports, and if you're lucky, you might spot a sea turtle at night.
**Food:**
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included when you book the hotel, so thereâs no need to worry about meals. The resort offers seafood and local cuisine daily. Please note: Visitors should bring their own snacks and drinks before boarding the resort, as it only provides water, coffee, and tea.
**Facilities & Service:**
All the staff here will treat you kindly, even if there might be a language barrier (English is spoken here!). If you're afraid of swimming, the staff will accompany you while you're in the sea (life jackets are provided in each room). Each room also has a balcony with a lounge chair where you can relax, grab a beer, and do nothing but enjoy the soothing sea breeze.
You may not want to stay in the middle of nowhere like I did to escape from modern civilization, but I truly recommend staying at the resort for at least 2 nights. You'll definitely feel completely recharged!
Finally, I want to say that the view is so astonishing that I can hardly describe it with my limited English. You must visit this place yourself.

JJi ChengOverall I enjoyed our stay in sky water villa. When I was booking I read the reviews also worried that they are a bit old, so that the houses might not be well maintained. But during my stay I feel like the houses are used but still in okay manner. The best thing for this hotel is that I think they have the best house reef, and you can see turtles at night from your balcany. I went snorkling a few times during my stay I saw quite a few clown fish aka nemo and many fishes and even a sea eel one day. They also provide âgalssâ kayak which you can watch sunset on it. And the best thing they offer is that the tours you book with the villa starts around 10 am, you can just get ready and wait in your room, and when the boat is here the staff will get you from your room, and youâll finish the tour around 3-4 pm which is the afternoon tea time at the villa. Instead of in the town area you need wake up early and meet and wait at the jetty around 8:15 am . And power supply is stable just may be ocassion blackout but it would turn back on very soon. However I do think they need to clean their air con as the one in our room seems very dusty, we had to clean the filter ourselves, they were very dusty. And during the afternoon coz our villa faces the sunset direction the air con feels a bit not strong enough. And the aircon outer unit is installed right at the roomâs wall so itâs a little bit noisy, Iâd suggest why not just use a more powerful window unit instead. The food is so so, but itâs difficult to cater everyoneâs preference for food. The hotel is not cheap and maybe not very cost effective compare to hotels in other places, but to be fair i think if you want to go to semporna, this might be a reasonable option as overall semporna and malaysia is very expensive for tourists. And i higly recommend to stay at least 2-3 nights instead of 1 night to fully enjoy and relax yourself.

It is about 800 meters away from the lively area of ââthe town and far away from convenience stores, laundries and restaurants, which is very inconvenient. Most dive shops are at the pier, about 1.2km away. It's not very far to walk there, but there are no sidewalks on the road and there are a lot of cars, so you have to walk in the mud next to the road, which makes it very dirty. There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the road.
The store has a car delivered to the pier every day, but the time and location are fixed. The dive shop I chose is not at the pier, so I didn't use it. I have seen several other hotels with similar prices before, some of which are more conveniently located and have in-room toilets.
The bathroom and toilet are shared and it is not convenient to go to the toilet at night. The toilet is quite dirty. The dirt on the toilet seat is so serious that it cannot be wiped off with paper towels. At the same time, there are many mosquitoes when going to the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is also very low, and there is no cold water if there are other people taking a shower nearby.
There is only one bed in the room and no other facilities. The hygiene situation is okay and the bed is relatively clean. There is a small balcony, but the balcony door is broken and cannot be opened. The only thing worth mentioning is that the bed is very comfortable, it seems to be a latex mattress.
In addition, my room was close to the outside and the window faced the road. People passing by the bus can see directly inside, and the noise is very loud. Every night I wear noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep.

LLinda0722It took nearly 20 minutes to check in. The toilet drain was clogged and water couldn't flow in. We had to find someone to fix it before we could use it. Service: The hotel's arrangements are in place and they can help you solve any problems you have. We booked a charter boat for snorkeling for two people. The instructor is also very professional and will dive to the bottom of the sea to help you catch the fish from the bottom of the sea.
Facilities: As soon as I entered the room, I couldn't wait to experience the slide. At first, I was worried that I would sink into the sea if I slid down. There are life jackets at the front desk, so there is no need to worry.
