Мы только что отдохнули в Колангуте, ГОА,замечательном отеле Terra Paraiso Resort. Очень отзывчивый и добродушный персонал, с любой просьбой тут же оказывают содействие.... Везде очень чисто, уборка в номере регулярно и очень хорошо. Территория отеля, бассейн в полном порядке, очень красиво: зелень, цветы. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная, доброжелательная, уважительная.Завтраки вкусные, в основном индийская еда,но можно всегда найти что-то для себя. Голодными никто не останется... Фрукты свежие и разные каждый день, не одно и тоже. Завтраки, в общем ,на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить работу менеджера Габриэля. Он нас встречал, все рассказал по отелю. В дальнейшем оказал сразу же содействие в решении по замене холодильника и чайника. В общем, без лишних вопросов, все очень быстро сделали. И все очень доброжелательно с теплотой в отношении. Прекрасный человек! Очень добрый, внимательный и профессионал в своей работе! Желаю процветания отелю! Так держать и в дальнейшем. Обязательно вернёмся снова и именно в этот отель! Location is ultimate, rooms are very clean but very small. Hotel staff is not very friendly but polite. They don't believe much in customer relationship, hospitality. Restaurant food is good, breakfast only veg options available and very limited, hardly one item you may find good in breakfast menu. But overall this hotel is very good considering prime location just on the beach. They have their own cab service too which is very nice. Bathroom is very clean, but you may struggle a lot to get hot shower, but anyways in goa why to worry about hot shower. Better bring your own shampu pouches and soap.

Good place

For our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!! We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note! Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end. Thanks so much for our Goan experience!!

Unfortunately disappointing experience. The hotel is quite expensive, but imho it shouldn’t be such expensive. On the territory of the hotel is the renovation of some houses. The cottage house looks tired, the water was licking from the bathroom to the bed, the furniture is old. The swimming pool is ok. The breakfast is good, unfortunately they don’t have coffee machine. The service is good. The wifi is not working in the room.
