"ticlo is a very good resort for my family and I stayed 3 days and Prashant and joshi is very good and very polite and nice service to the customers and they are very valuable for this resort and very impressive culture and housekeeping also very clean and finally families please refer ticlo resorts . And gate night security is also very very good and the checking and security are also very good 10 star rating "

The hotel is done up to a nice standard. The reception, hallways and pool are lovely. The room was also a nice. We had a few issues with the room itself, the WiFi and the gym. The room had a damp feel to it and some of our things and the bed sheets felt wet a lot of the time.  The gym was not up to date and not in use. We couldn’t even use some of the equipment.  The WiFi did not work. We could not connect and when we did, it was slower than slow. The service was really nice and the staff were very friendly.

We stayed with a friend at this wonderful hotel. It was our 4th hotel in Goa and turned out to be the best. A very beautiful green area, a large clean swimming pool, a villa in a retro colonial style, resembled a museum. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent, although not a buffet, probably because there are not many vacationers, but it's even better, we are very satisfied with everything and the attitude of the staff. Access to the beach and the main street is no more than 5 minutes on walk Thank you.

Мы только что отдохнули в Колангуте, ГОА,замечательном отеле Terra Paraiso Resort. Очень отзывчивый и добродушный персонал, с любой просьбой тут же оказывают содействие.... Везде очень чисто, уборка в номере регулярно и очень хорошо. Территория отеля, бассейн в полном порядке, очень красиво: зелень, цветы. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная, доброжелательная, уважительная.Завтраки вкусные, в основном индийская еда,но можно всегда найти что-то для себя. Голодными никто не останется... Фрукты свежие и разные каждый день, не одно и тоже. Завтраки, в общем ,на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить работу менеджера Габриэля. Он нас встречал, все рассказал по отелю. В дальнейшем оказал сразу же содействие в решении по замене холодильника и чайника. В общем, без лишних вопросов, все очень быстро сделали. И все очень доброжелательно с теплотой в отношении. Прекрасный человек! Очень добрый, внимательный и профессионал в своей работе! Желаю процветания отелю! Так держать и в дальнейшем. Обязательно вернёмся снова и именно в этот отель! I had originally booked this place for just a few hours on my last day in Goa to be closer to the airport. But good lord, I wish I had booked it earlier because it was absolutely amazing! The cottage was stunning, with easy access to the beach, and the restaurant was fantastic. My only regret is not staying for 2-3 days. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

A separate thank you to the young man the administrator is resepshen! Helped solve all the issues with settlement, settled in this hotel including for his participation and good-welcoming relationship! The location of the hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable. The pool is small - if you want to choose a hotel for swimming in the pool, you are not here. In general, the hotel recommends, the location is convenient, in the center, near shops and restaurants, close to the beach

The location of the hotel was great. Inhouse amenities were wonderful too. Staff was friendly, the wifi connectivity was brilliant. Breakfast spread was also amazing. Good experience overall.

I had a great day in goa, with a good hospitality of the kismat mahal staff. They were very kind and helpful. The owner always looked forward to help us out of any situation. They took good care of us. Helped us not to fall on scammers trap. A good experience in the stay.
